We regret that you were not informed when your collection order was ready and available for pickup. Upon reviewing the process for our online orders, we identified a gap in our system, which resulted in you not receiving an email notification to advise that your order was ready for collection at our Cork Depot.
We are truly sorry for the difficulty this caused, particularly in relation to not having the Gel Packs when needed. Please be assured that we are taking steps to address this issue to prevent it from happening in future.

Great delivery service from Polar Ice. Once an order is placed, it is always delivered on time and never any problems. Very realible service and the admin staff are a pleasure to deal with.
