I pop in to the shop on Monday 17th of November and while I was waiting for a few minutes nobody was there untill Chanel Richard’s came from his break straight forward happy to help even I told her take your time . Her smile and service was amazing . Should be promoted to Supervisor or Manager position . That’s how you need your people in Charge .

Have spent thousands on Dsquared2 over the years and have always bought from shops just recently I bought a belt direct from this company £255 at size 105 expecting it to be 105 centimetres when it arrived it was 117 1/2 centimetres bizarrely far to big so I sent it back nearly 1 month later and counting and countless excuses via email they have the belt and my money still with the same old sorry excuse emails and no exact date for when I will get my money back absolutely ridiculous customer service from a company with a high price fashion products I won’t be buying this brand again.

I recently bought the skate moss boots they didn't fit so I returned them. I haven't got my money back and it's been more than 5 days. Do not buy something unless you know it fits.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. I purchased a cap in July which I returned as soon as and I am still waiting for my refund. When I email for updates regarding my refund I receive a genetic response. I would avoid dealing with this retailer as it is not worth the hassle. You should not have to wait over 2 months for a refund.

I returned my order on 11 August, and over a month later, I’m still chasing my refund. Every response I’ve received has been a generic apology stating they’re “working with the relevant department.” There has been no real resolution or sense of urgency. I have had to raise a dispute with my payment provider to get my money back. This level of service is unacceptable—I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer altogether!

There are always problems with orders: items are delivered in the wrong size, ordered items aren't available, or items that were delivered are defective. None of this should happen with a premium brand. But the support, when something doesn't work as expected, is very customer-oriented, helpful, and responds very quickly. Thumbs up for the support.

I ordered a pair of pants. I requested express delivery and paid for express delivery. I requested a return, received the product and for 15 days they did not answer when the price would be credited, they sent me a reply that it would be credited immediately. 15 days later they returned me less money than the value of the product while the return was free. The worst service from a large company I have ever experienced.
Since the day I sent the product back, I have not had any information from your company. While checking your shipment, I sent three emails, one of which you replied and informed me that you received it on August 6 and that you would immediately refund the price. After a week, absolutely nothing had happened, I had not received any email, I tried again for three days to contact you until you sent me an email that it was being promoted after a week and sent a discount code. Several days passed again without any price having been credited nor had I received any notification. This is not the best for your company and does not honor the cooperation you have with the customer. After 15 days of receiving it and after repeated emails and endless attempts to communicate, you told me that the amount would be refunded to my card. Big surprise, you returned €30 less than the normal price. After a new email from me to you, you replied that you would also refund the remaining €30. This entire experience is the worst I have encountered with a similar brand.

I want to share my recent experience because I am extremely disappointed with this brand.
I placed an order ( £240 ) expecting new sneakers. What I received instead was shocking: a pair that had clearly been used and returned by another customer. The shoes arrived dirty and in poor condition. It was obvious that the company didn’t even bother to open the box for a simple quality check before sending them to me.
When I raised my concern, I was told to return the sneakers for a refund. Honestly, that felt like a joke. Do they really think customers should waste their own time and money fixing mistakes that should never have happened in the first place? Instead of an apology that matched the seriousness of the issue, I was offered a 15% discount code—but even that only works on a limited range of products. Completely useless.
I want to be clear: my frustration is not with the individual customer support agent who replied to me. They were polite and tried to help. My issue is with the brand as a whole—its lack of quality control, poor handling of the situation, and complete disregard for the customer experience.
This incident has left me with zero trust in the brand. After being treated this way, I will not shop here again, and I think the company should be ashamed of the service and support it provides.
Massively disappointed and strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

First off, I had to return the python gothic clutch I ordered because their dimensions are off. My phone couldn’t even fit inside, it was too small. Either way I returned it and it arrived on the 18th. The status of my return has been idle since then, I’ve contacted esw about 3 times and always the same reply. Something about delays due to the high volume of the summer sales. So there’s a delay and they can’t even give me an estimate on how long it will be. This is ridiculous! I just want my refund or send the the clutch back already!
