Issue now resolved thank you

Edit - I left a negative review as I didn’t receive my item and was denied a refund or an item to be sent out. I’ve now received a refund for an item that I didn’t receive which is brilliant but this did take 2 months and a negative trust pilot review for this to happen. Thank you for resolving.

Arianna provided great customer service. It was very late in my time zone and I don’t know what time it is there but she was wonderful and provided me all the information I needed. She was also patient with me. My first time ordering anything internationally so I had many questions and she didn’t have any problems answering. My package was lost by Fedex and was not picked up and promised to call back.
