Edit - I left a negative review as I didn’t receive my item and was denied a refund or an item to be sent out. I’ve now received a refund for an item that I didn’t receive which is brilliant but this did take 2 months and a negative trust pilot review for this to happen. Thank you for resolving.

Arianna provided great customer service. It was very late in my time zone and I don’t know what time it is there but she was wonderful and provided me all the information I needed. She was also patient with me. My first time ordering anything internationally so I had many questions and she didn’t have any problems answering. I love people who knows how to provide excellent customer service.

I was not sure if a shirt 👔 was fake or original,so I send desquared 2 pictures and they proofed it and got an answer very quickly,top service ,very helpful and polite ..then I wanted to know how old the Original is ,which Collection….and Arianna Baruffaldi (desquared 2) helped me again…perfect!!thank you,amazing service !!!

My package was lost by Fedex and was not picked up and promised to call back. After not hearing anything for 4 weeks, I contacted Angela Teixeira at Dsquared2 and she immediately picked up the problem within 5 days. I am very happy with the support and service from Angela Texaira and DSQUARED2. You guys should keep Angela Teixeira. She is the face of DSQUARED2!!!
