After weeks of pointless emails being sent two pairs of jeans I never ordered I was finally able to get the appropriate return labels to get back the £762.00 I was charged without ever receiving the pair I ordered. A Helpfull woman in customer service Angela Teixeira
Customer Support I hope has finally resolved the issue as a customer of 15 years I expect more the store in Conduit St NW1 were very unhelpful and blasé. As I work for Ralph Lauren I,m shocked at the way customers are treated I’ve always treated all our customers with the upmost respect for twenty five years there and would go out of my way to help them famous or not although I’m not even sales staff butt know our product back to front very item. That’s what they expect and pay a premium for, quality gods with quality service not rocket science.

Just to be clear that I've been a customer for this brand for more than 2 decades. The sxxty experince I'm gonna elaborate on is 'only about the website', not about the brand itself. Also, I don't know which company is responsible for their e-commerce at the moment, but the website used to be handle by Yoox-Net-A-Porter for many years, and I had no issue with them back then.
OK, as title, I got banned from shopping on the website, without being given any explanation.I mean, I did ask them, but they said they couldn't disclose it.
I have concluded it myself that it may be some of the following reasons:
*They reckoned I turned too many.
I'd placed around 10-15 orders from November 2023 to Spring 2024, say, about 5 months of time. Each order contains 2-4 items, with the whole value of £200-500 respectively. I ended up keeping only 3-4 orders, and the rest was returned.
Firstly, I did not think I returned a lot, considering the period and the each order only contained 2-4 items.I think it's just normal.
Secondly, what I ordered were mainly jeans, I'm sure most of people would agree that jeans are tricky. You'll need to try on to figure it out. Not to mention the fits from this brand are even trickier than others!
If not jeans, their tees and shirts have become weirdly larger in the recent years, and you'll need to try them on to decide. You can't just blame the customers that they 'return too many times' for fit issues.
*Thirdly, I remembered 2 orders arrived very late, and one even took one month, and this one was meant to be a gift. I eventually had to send it back.
*Fourthly. 5 returned orders had been stuck in Italy's customs for 3-6 weeks. I needed to chase them for the refunds. I believed this was why it triggered their alarm. They thought I returned too many at once, which was not true. These were placed throughout the sale season(2-3 months), and they just happened to be stuck in the customs at the same time. Also, I did not cause the customs delay by forgetting to include commercial invoices as such, I just had no idea why they were having this issue. So, I chased for the late refunds, and got blocked. Was that fair???

As mentioned, I do not think return 2/3 of the orders placed throughout 5-6 months to be that many, not to mention they're all clothes.
