Dstv router is totally disaster since I paid Friday on the 5th January 2024 and always calling them to load my data even today Tuesday the 9th January is still not loaded and they keep telling me within 24 hours
And when I say I wanna cancel they telling me about canceling fees of 900

DISAPPOINTED K-POP FAN

Why are does Trace go on such long commercial time during the K-POP hour and for the other time slots it's regular. I was very happy when Trace added the K-POP hour as I am a huge K-POP fan but all I got was disappointment .I mean even the songs that are played during this hour are not satisfying, they repeat the same songs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I mean the K-POP industry has so many songs and artists to choose from but no they choose to play the same songs .This is very disappointing to say the least , I expected more from Trace. And sometimes it's not even an Hour , why say that's it's K-POP hour if it's cut short. Please stop this inequality and please play more songs not just the same ones eveytime it's K-POP hour .

Justice for kpop hit songs slot on trace urban

I don't understand how to put a hour slot for kpop hits on trace urban whereas you only play 6/7 songs the entire 1 hour and not even an hour as you broadcast more of the advert and not play kpop songs, ontop of that you gave a hour slot but when there's 20 minutes left you don't play kpop songs but American songs on the very slot you said it was for kpop.... Please fix this as we as kpop stans want to enjoy watching the kpop hit songs slot.

I can't stream on Dstv app there are no channels...I called MultiChoice call centre they put me on hold for 16 minutes and my query was not resolved...the lady who was helping me she asked for my logins and she said she's gonna call me back till now there are no channels on my app and I have not received a call.I'm so annoyed cause I pay almost R500...most of the times I'm busy so when ever I got time I wanna catch up on episodes that I missed bt nw I can't cause there is nothing on the app.Nw I have to spend money again on airtime to call them aay

Dstv is the most incompetent agents that steals money by activating services that u as the client don't ask for and then they want to charge u extra. If u phone the bunch of incompetent agents they so dumb that they keep themselves arrogant. This will be the last month I will subscribe after 13 years with multichoice. And they promise you to get back to you but never does. They like the ANC who promise the voter everything just before election. They just as corrupt as the government. Pls don't subscribe to multichoice rather get a smart TV box.

Beware: Seapoint Dstv installations-no email address

Unfortunately put review review under dstv site. Installations marked by Seapoint Dstv installations with no email address beware. Not genuine satellite dish. Don't want to adhere to 3 months warranty. Ombudsman involved to negotiate. No 100% satellite reception after R1860 fee to install dish. Use inferior satellite dish and not the El Sat dish.

DSTV stream its shockingly bad. You cannot rewind or fast forward without it either taking 5minutes ro think about your request to freezing completely. How is it possible to have such a bad streaming site? Drastic changes need to be made.

Delinquent Sad TV

!000's of people are leaving due to the TRASH shown on DSTV - all the great and interesting channels are leaving and local trash and smutty juvenal stuff left - no wonder it's called the Delinquent Sad TV - By removing the good channels and putting on local trash (STAX of them) is not going to get you any viewers

PAYMENT

I paid my account on 02 Nov 2023 at my bank. On the 12 Nov 2023 my service was suspended. I e-mail proof of payment on 12 Nov 2023 at 07:51. I even whatsup them just to hear we will come back to you within 24 working hours. Working 8 hours a day so that mean they will come back to me on Wednesday if i am lucky. Last month the same happened. I am with dstv and m net for 30 years. This is the poorest service i got ever.

How do contactors appointed to install…

How do contactors appointed to install and repair DSTV equipment. According to my experience there are no criteria for using these companies. In Jan 2023 DSTV referred me to a contractor to address my problem. Charging me R2 799.00 for replacing the eye. With 12 months guarantee. No the same problem. Mr DSTV is nowhere to be found to honour the guarantee. Another contractor from DSTV came along to replace equipment. No he is gone and there is the same problem. DSTV should take responsibility for the useless contractors and refund customers

Dstv has charged me for movies they gave me for free

Dstv has charged me for 3 movies that were supposed to be free because I claimed my free movies off their rewards app. One of those movies they charged me for in September and again in October. I've tried for 5 straight days to get this sorted out with them via telephone as well as their "let's chat" option. No joy.

Awful experience with the R19.95 package deal to watch…

We did the R19.95 package deal today 2023/10/28 to watch the rugby final.What an absolutely frustrating experience,Dstv is extremely frustrating to use, no indication of why we couldn't access the Rugby final.We tried for several hours with out being able to watch the game on Dstv.We eventually gave up at 21:15 and ended up watching it on the lap top on Sabc plus. "DSTV THANKS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING .ONLY A MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT,WAS EXPERIENCED. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR SERVICE AGAIN".

I made payment via DSTV App and used my bank card on yhe debit/credit card option till to date DSTv have been given run around and disconnected

1st How do u expect me to send proof of payment when the payment was made via DSTV app and it was not EFT. I paid via the app and used the credit card and debit card option so obviously obviously in the bank app it is not gonna generate proof of payment .

I am so frustrated 87476478 if this is not resolved I am taking to this to the ombudsman this is too much .
