I ordered a backpack from this company in 2017. My experience with Dudesgadget was a nightmare from start to finish. First there was a delay in getting the product. After waiting for a very long time, I cancelled my order. The company refused to process the cancellation and eventually sent the product to me. The product was faulty. I ultimately worked out the credit with my credit card company. They actually modified their company name to make it appear as though they were another more reputable company. Dudesgadget is the problem company not Dudegadget. Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company or you’ll be sorry you did.

I also ordered the waterproof smart connect v an got a health braclet this is so not what I ordered an took longer than normal to send my product honestly they dont even deserve a 1 star very bad service. With all the complaints. Their company should be ban from the internet.. I sent emails with pictures of what I ordered an what I received I'm sure I'll get an email also stating they didnt get my email an they are sorry.. I want my money back simple an sweet. I should have read the reviews also.. I will not ever order from this company again..

Do not buy anything from this Company, I bought a thunderbolt for my MacBook air costing a lot of money. After 3 months of not receiving the product I emailed them, they said to me it's coming.
After 2 weeks I emailed them, some lady named Jessica emailed back and said they are experiencing problems with their shipping services I must wait. After almost 8 months I enquired and I received an email that this website is a scam and now my bank cannot even reverse the transaction because it happened more than 4 months ago.

Now some assistant manager is emailing me claiming they cannot find my order number in their records. My money is gone.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE!!

If I could give no stars I would, I ordered 2 backpacks and 2 finger monkeys. The finger monkeys never worked, even though we bought new batteries, and the backpacks were crap so I contacted them to send them back, the company "welcomed" the return...if I paid the shipping. Long story short, it was $75 to send it to their return address in CHINA so I didn't bother, threw the junk away! Apparently they realize people may type in the wrong website since the two are so close in names and prey on the people who have the misfortune to reach dudesgadget rather than dudesgadgetS! BEWARE!!!

I luckily didn't returned back my product back to China because will cost me $50 and there was not guaranty get money back
Well until now I have broken bag pack minus $80

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are crooks and send fake items from China that fall apart as soon as you get them (and some even arrived broken). They won’t give you any money in return and say “we can’t credit your account until the merchandise is returned (to China). I packaged the items and took them to the Post Office and mailing them back to China was gonna cost $50.00. I learned a lesson that cost a lot of money that I could not afford to lose. CROOKS!!!!

You are a shame to Singapore.

Fcking asians scamming the US market. Pitiful as usual, they dropship from China. DO NOT buy from them. Another copycat, where's the innovation?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a backpack which took so long to arrive that I had left the property (and country) it was delivered to. Emailed in advance to say that this was the case and asking for a refund. Received a reply weeks later, conveniently ignoring my email and telling me my order was now 'on it's way'. I replied indicating (as I had already explained) that it was too late for me to receive this.
Have since received a multitude of 'thanks for reaching out to us' automated replies. Lodged a complaint, which was completely ignored. I paid $79 for a backpack that I never received.
Don't fall for the scam.

Since I order it, no more answer. I WILL TRY TO DO A CLAIM WITH Paypal

I bought a teeth whitening which cost me £18 as i was putting all my details on some pop up thing appeared on my page and said something about teeth whitening you get for 3 pack in it by mistakenly i clicked on it and it went through my purchase and piad for that so in total i paid £70 for this thing and i have ywt not recieved the order i placed my order on 22nd march and i havent yet recieved it i have emailled them but no reply i just want my money back. So bad rhis company never purchase.from them again

I'm in the same boat with everyone on here. TOTAL SCAM. RUN! They actually popped up on a facebook feed selling knock-off fingerling monkies (that I thought were the real deal, duh!). I purchased and I did receive, and had to send them back to a private residence in shanghai at the tune of $22.75 for tracked shipping. I was so mad, I paid the tracked shipping on principle. Well of course I got zero reimbursements and now I'm out $60. The scary part is they came up in my FB feed and I fell for it....They are liars and thieves. I have over 20 emails to "Celine" and she keeps saying "we are looking into it" then nothing. They are just taking your money for their five minutes of fame and will be gone...Ah, America!

A follow up: I made a claim thru PayPal and they reimbursed me for the money, and are pursuing the company legally. Pretty awesome! On a side note, there is a great company called Dude Gadgets whose name was knocked off to start this fraudulent company. On their website they encourage people to pursue the matter with PayPal and assisted users how to do this! I couldn’t have done without them!

i ordered 2 bags from them for presents last year August and nothing ever arrived.
According to their emails i should keep waiting a few days!!

This seems to be a scam..

DudeS Gadget is actually a copycat website: fake products and scam, hence low quality products and fake customer service. Hopefully they have been shut-down now due to copyright and received a huge fine for that. Even 1 star is too much for the rating.

Ordered a lightbox from them - $40+ , as I had never seen one before.

This was in Aug 2017.

A few emails later, there was not satisfactory outcome as I had not rec'd the item.

I paid by credit card in this instance, and thankfully reported it as undelivered goods. My bank refunded me within 3WD and closed the case - I can only assume that they are chasing the company for a credit back of their payment. I am thankful I got my money back.

It looks legit, their products look great and for the first time I got sucked in.

Moral of the story: always check the website first for reviews, before buying. Never trust FB ads either unless you know the company well.

On the plus side, they have had their website taken down now.

I sent faulty item back to them and paid myself the shipping costs. I have not received any refunds. Only response:
We've already submitted a request to the higher department who is responsible for giving refunds. In addition, we have no holds in the refund process but we've already escalated your request to the higher department.
And it has been months already.
So basically crap. They are ordering items from 3rd party producers in China and probably selling 20 fold in their website.
So expensive s*** with no refund policy!

I have sent 20 emails about the fact that I never received my product and nobody is prepared to help me I would never touch this product again .
The product cost me a lot of money and all I get told is that its on the way which is now 6 months ago and I am told to try and trace it myself.
I am appalled at the service and would like to tell anyone considering ordering anything from this Company to avoid at all costs.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I ordered The Flying Pixie, arrived from China after about two months and never worked. After a lot of back and forwards there was no replacement and no refund. They drag the process out so you can't even claim back from PayPal. They are fakes

Terrible Services and Terrible customer service...
Placed two orders, begin of November:
both arrived from China after long time (were supposed to be a Christmas present) the packing was unappropriated and the box were all damaged. One item differ from what described and they didn't answer to my requests.
Pay attention before put an order!

I've ordered a backpack in august 2017, I've received it 2 months later, but after using it for 2 months the right strap has broken, most probably due to a bad conception...
I've written them to be refund or receive a new one, but I receive almost the same message : "We've already submitted a request to the higher department who is responsible for giving replacements", which makes me thing the customer service is in fact a bot...
Too bad as I was happy with this backpack (for 2 months), but I do not recommend at all to buy anything on this site

Total scam! They never deliver!!! NEVER BUY THERE!! I AM WAITING FOR 6 MONTHS FOR MY PRODUCT. THEY JUST RIP YOUR MONEY! BE AWARE!
