I ordered two toys for my grand children in September. Only one was delivered, although I was charged for the two at the time of the order.

Since the delivery I have been trying, and failing, to get a response from the Dudes Gadget customers services, as to when the missing item will be delivered or a refund provided.

The issue was allegedly escalated to a higher department, but since that point (on 4th December) I have had no response whatsoever, despite asking for updates.

The company's customer service stinks, and I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

PLEASE NOTE: This company should not be confused with "DUDE GADGET" .... DUDES GADGET is a copycat company.

Worse than a 1 star rating. We ordered a Christmas gift on 11/21/17. There has been no shipping/tracking information received. Have sent 2 e-mails with no response. We will have one disappointed little boy when he doesn't get his big present from Grandpa and Nana. We trusted an ad on Facebook. BIG Mistake. There is no phone number to call them that we can find. Buyer beware. I guess we lost $60 on this.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I am so sorry I didn't read the dismal reviews about this company. Trusted that as advertised on facebook that it would be fine. Foolish and livid. I ordered a toy from santa in 11th Nov. It hasn't been received and according to the reviews here it won't be or it will not be worth receiving. They have attempted to fob me off with excuses that "are beyond our control". Bottom line... I have to try and source a toy my son specifically requested from Santa because they are a joke. Absolutely raging. Disgusted facebook allow them to advertise.

This is the worst, don't waste your money. I wish i had researched this company before I sent them an order. I ordered 2 flying fairies and 3 finger monkeys. One fairy was broken and 2 of the monkey were broken. It took six weeks to receive, Both products were cheap imitations of the real thing. I contacted them and asked for a refund they said I have to ship the products back to them and they will subtract the cost of shipping from the amount of the sale. The company is either in China or Japan so the cost of returning is greater than the cost of each item. My grandchildren were extremely disappointed. Do yourself a favor don't buy from them you are wasting your money. Very disreputable they don't stand behind their products. I have reported them to Paypal.

Good design but the product manufactured and shipped 2 months later from China broke (sewings, zipper) after 4 weeks of normal usage. I sent them photos proving poor quality. Dudes gadget insinuated that the client (I) broke it. C'mon! They haven't any responsability. Really?

Ordered a flashing cars for my nephew early October 2017, after several emails to see where my order is, received a fake untrackable chinees tracking number which gives me no information. It is a fraud company. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from DudeSgadget fraud company!

Fake!

Bought an item at this "shop" and the only thing I received was the payment confirmation. Never heard anything about sending my order, never got a tracking number, never saw my item.

Stay away from this website!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star that would be more apt.
Waited 28 days for delivery of an order. Chased it and chased it. Got same reply by different responders "Stocking problem responsible, we have got new stock in now so we will be sending your delivery tomorrow!"
Total Rubbish.
In order to placate whist their customers are ripping their hair out, they send allsorts of random weird emails about odd topics so at least to reassure you that they know you are still on their books and they haven't forgotten you completely!

Whilst you sit patiently (or not so) your money is in THEIR bank earning them interest!
So unless you have money to burn, don't care whether or not you get what you paid for, STAY CLEAR. Don't add yourself to the list of the DUPED.

Don't know where to start,ordered from these on the 27th October and nothing 7 weeks later.I've been in touch via email and all you get is the same excuse after excuse,this is the biggest con and scam going,I don't know why Facebook and Google are still allowing this company to advertise.
I have reported dudesgadget.com to the F.B.I fraud and cyber crime team,if anybody else wants to do the same just go to the F.B.I website and fill in form ic3 and let's get rid.
It states on their website it takes between 15 and 20 days for delivery to the UK, i would suggest that they be honest and say it takes between 3 and 6 months to be delivered.Also regarding how cheap they say they are,i bought the same items a damn sight cheaper and better quality even though i still haven't received my items from them.

I ordered toys for my grandsons on November 9, 2017 and they were never sent. I am very unhappy with Dudes Gadgets. They said they would notify me with a shipping tracking # and I just got the email on Dec 8 with a tracking number from China.
Do not buy from this vendor. You will be very sorry!

I too was scammed by this company.
After a little searching I found their postal address and submitted a cyber crime report to the Hong Kong Police.
I advise others to do the same thing

This company is a big con as everyone else has said. Ordered goods and paid up front. I waited for a delivery date and was told there was a stock problem after contacting the company. I then tried to cancel the order but was told the items had been dispatched.
How Facebook can allow this company to advertise on its pages is beyond me. I will keep trying to get my money back

Said I would receive a refund. Never did. Never received my order. Other then email, no way to contact customer service. Lesson learned!!

Scam company.
Order placed in October and after two months there has been no delivery and the Tracking Reference doesn't work.

Ordered the LED light up car track. Only half my order arrived after 1 month. Several e mails later including two requests for photographs of what I received (which I sent) I still have no resolution or refund. Really poor customer service. I feel totally ripped off and the product I did receive wasn't great either.

Absolute disaster of a company, I bought the "FEISTY FUNNY EXPRESSION PETS PLUSH TOY - Bear" (also the unicorn version) and after 4 weeks I have no information about where the product is.

Apparently the product shipped two weeks ago, but they do not have any tracking or parcel information, they keep giving me the run around with auto replies about how they are sorry but they will find the product, etc, etc.

But nothing has come from this more than a month later, so I went to paypal to open a dispute about the product and where it is.

I suggest other people contact paypal and ask them that they freeze and suspend their account, so we can stop this fraudulent company from continuing to do business and steal more money from people.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The bag was in a very bad shape, the zippers that are supposed to be hidden are visible with no flap to cover them at all. they said few items were added for delivery delay and that was not even included. It was delivered after 3 months from ordering... a little late doesn't start to cover that . and after I sent them the complaint they didn't even bother to reply !!! I sent pictures of the product and they still did not even reply about the lax laptop holders or the poor back material .

NEVER use this site. I ordered a toy and they sent me an opened package with a used toy that was not working. Now they want me to spend money shipping the broken toy back to receive a refund. I don't even trust I will receive a refund and am afraid of spending even more money with the shipping to China!
They have not given me a valid reason to sell me a USED & BROKEN toy!! HOAAXXXXXX

Ordered 2 items in October. After contacting them several times asking where they were, finally realized they were shipping from China. I was charged the minute I ordered, including an additional fee for International Shipping, but items didn't come until December 4. They were fakes, were smashed, and didn't work. When I contacted the company I was told I'd have to return them, with trackable information, to an address in Shanghai, China. All at my expense of course and any refund would be minus my original shipping charges payment. Please don't order from here!
