DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of rip off merchants. I ordered from them in the middle of October a car track for my grandson, they took the money straight away but still no sign of the item. They keep sending me a tracking number when I complained but you cannot track the item. Every review I have since seen says the same thing.

Never recieved order either it got stolen or sent back to its origin which is China according to tracking info in any case this was suppose to be a Xmas gift for my grandsons and now I have no gift or the money I paid for the 2 car 2 set car race tracks I ordered. I would never order from this site it seems pretty shady. I’m out money and gift. To anyone who lost out on this site you are not alone. Sick of the weak emails of sorry and the post office lack of concern of security of cluster mailboxes

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Item took ages to arrive and when it eventually came, it was in a flimsy plastic bag so the box inside was squashed and bent. As I'd paid extra for P&P I would have expected some sort of cardboard packing to limit damage in transit.
Have asked for partial refund for goods as they look 'used' now and I'd be too embarrassed to give the toys as a gift.
Not cheap either so would avoid using this company. Waste of money.

I ordered race track and cars for my grandkids in Oct. Still have not received them as of Dec 4. When I wanted to cancel they lied and said the item was being shipped out the next day. That was over two weeks ago.
When I contacted them again they said item was shipped and they could not cancel the order. Still nothing. Very bad customer service and way to track items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.

Definitely not worth purchasing …

Definitely not worth purchasing anything from these people. Packaging is nowhere near appropriate to protect your purchase, then they blame the courier. The christmas presents that i purchased for the kids arrived wet, squashed, muddy and not working. They won't refund ANY of the 4 items ($20 each) without me paying to post them back. Then if they dont get lost in transit they will refund what they cost less what it cost them to post. I've only asked to refund the 2 broken items but they dont care at all.

Not happy!!!

Not happy! Bought Magic Tracks set plus extra car for five year old Grandson's Christmas present.
Box arrived all crumpled and extra car not included.
Poor follow up and refusal to accept blame.
No comment on missing item.
Told we have to pay for return even though not our fault!
Will cost about three times cost of items to send to Hong Kong!
Do not trust them or buy anything from them!

There is no customer service

There is no customer service, just a long string of contradictory auto replies. My order went in wrong, not noticed until my PayPal invoice. Sent an email, within minutes of my order, requesting the order mistake be rectified. Next day I receive a reply apologizing that my order has been picked, packed and shipped. I send a reply requesting a tracking number. Once again an auto reply stating their system is updating and they are unable to currently provide a tracking number but will be notified when it is available. I request a phone number for customer service or a tracking number. Next reply, due to stock shortages your item has not yet shipped...... These were supposed to be Christmas presents for my kids, promised delivery before Christmas. PayPal says I wont have a claim until May 2018. Horrible company horrible customer service, outright lying about my order, my money, my kids Christmas. I will never follow a Facebook link again to purchase anything..

Appauling

Ordered a glowing racing track and car set for my children. Box damaged and cars included did not match those on box. Did not even take the same batteries. They were significantly slower than those on the video on their website. The whole thing was poor quality and very cheaply made. When I complained they said to return the parcel for a refund. The return address was in China and it had to be sent via tracked shipping which would not be refunded. Quote worked out a lot more than what I paid for the item therefore I'd have been even worse off! They are now not responding to any of my emails.

I ordered train track in September

I ordered train track in September. Still not got it. Apparently tracking said delivered through letter box (which I don't have). I've sent 30 emails to different robots! But no one can help. Just keep telling me delivery details. I have spelled everything out to them I.e. order date, first email sent etc etc and all I get back is same reply. Customer Care? NONE. THEY owe me £30

Worst company ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Only use paypal to pay this dubious company

Bad, Bad, Bad Company. Order 7th of November, up till now, it has not been dispatched. Thank God I used paypal to pay them, a case has been opened, I am getting my money back. Please if you need to order from these company, use paypal, its safe. You can get your money back.

I ordered the anti-theft backpack from …

I ordered the anti-theft backpack from Dudes Gadget in August and it took over two months to arrive.
The item was sold with the specific lure of a free fidget cube with every purchase of the backpack, but when the item finally arrived, there was no sight of the fidget cube, which was half the lure of accepting the 'deal' they were offering.
The backpack is a simplistic design, not quality thick material as appears in the advert pictures, and I paid £50. A complete rip-off.
I emailed the company to ask when the fidget cube would be dispatched, but their only response was an email telling me they are inundated with emails and will get back to me soon. This hasn't happened.
I am grossly disappointed by the poor service I have received, the misleading advert, and the poor quality of the product which was expensive for a backpack. I would welcome Dudes Gadget getting in touch with me to pass on their apologies and informing me that they have dispatched the item I am still awaiting. I am ready and waiting to hear from them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They simply steel your money. I ordered one of their flying fairy/pixi dolls. It arrived in a banged up box without any directions and doesn’t work. When I first looked at it, I thought what poor quality plastic it was made of, but I thought if it makes the little girl happy, It will be worth the $40. I paid for it. I have emailed them several times and each response I get from the various people who respond from their “costumer service team”, tell me they need to take it to a “higher department”. This company is obviously run by someone who thinks that steeling from people is O.K. Shame on them. The company should be shut down, but can it be? They are no better than any other scam out there.

DO NOT ORDER

Took 6 weeks to receive. The package was damaged and after 2 wks, no response on refund or replacement. FAQs online say return but the product came from China. Shipping to China is expensive. Still waiting on a US address but not holding out much hope. $70 down the drain.

BE WARNED

BE WARNED - I am a pensioner who purchased 2 x Finger monkeys. I thought they would be fun for my grandchildren. I eventually got them approx 7-8 weeks later, after contacting them a couple of times, and getting excuses. When I opened up the package (which was a black plastic bag) the 2 x packages inside were completely crushed, boxes so battered and broken, they could not possibly be given as gifts. I contacted the company who asked for photos, which I sent. I requested a replacement initially or refund. They disclaimed all responsibility, putting it onto the carrier, I told them they had to take responsibility for not packaging the items so they could not get crushed, to which they replied asking for more photos............. I explained the ones I had supplied were sufficient to see the damage, and requested a refund. They replied stating that I was to send back to them and using Tracking service and they would refund on return, LESS shipping and stated they would not be responsible for any loss.
Apart from this, the items themselves were nothing but cheap plastic and as for the features it was supposed to do, what rubbish............ I felt very foolish to have thought these would be fun, I cannot afford to send them back (even if they actually got them) IN THE BIN !!!! Disgusted 70 year old.

AMAZINGLY BY LOOKING AT ALL THE (DIFFERENT-SIMILARLY WORDED DUDE SITES) ONE THING IS CORRECT IN MY VIEW - THEY ARE ALL CRAP!!!)

dudesgadgets is a scam company

dudesgadgets is a scam company! I ordered 3 items on Nov.3, 2017 for Christmas and within ten min. I canceled one of the items because I had ordered the wrong thing. I emailed them right away asking that they cancel that piece. I received an automated email saying it would take about 5 business days to complete the refund. Several days later when I tried to track the rest of the order it still hadn't shipped, so I sent another email asking when it would ship, received another email from them saying it would take 4 to 6 weeks for it to ship because in was shipping from China or Singapore and that I should be patient. I replied back that I wanted to cancel the whole order because I didn't want to wait for it because it wouldn't come in the time I needed to come. Another email later I told them that I hadn't received my money yet from the first canceled item, received an email offering me 10% off to not cancel my order. Thanks but no thanks was my response and to please refund my money. This has gone on for 3 weeks now. Another email from them saying that my stuff was in and being prepared to ship, as you can see by now I am pretty angry by now, a few more emails apologizing from them, and they say they couldn't refund my money because the items have shipped (2 weeks after I canceled them). Of course I wrote another scathing email to them and plan on letting as many people as I can know that they are a scam company, of course I haven't heard back from them since that last email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They also pretend to be an american based company but I believe they are from China as all the emails I received were sent in the middle of the night!!

Fraud/robbery/scam

I ordered on October 16th. The money was taken out of my acct on 18th I emailed them after a month and was told that due to a shortage they were only just then able to ship it. I did receive it ( a finger monkey) but the packaging was broken and the product did not match the description on the package in several respects. It did not actually work either! It was not even the same named product as I ordered. I was told I could return it but no postage could be refunded. So I would end up paying for postage (9.54$) plus the return postage for a useless item. It is robbery and after reading these reviews I doubt if I would even get a refund. Trading standards should be advised to prevent this robbery/fraud.

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company.
I purchased a backpack end of august, and I got the delivery more than 2 months later.
The shipment was from China and I had to pay additonal customs fees on the top of the already overprice bag I purchased. The bag purchased was indeed not the original one, but a simple copy and a lot of accessories an features were missing.
By the way, they also promised a small gift to compensate delay in shipment... never this gift has been sent.
