NEVER BUY FROM THEM

This is the worst experience I ever had! I've placed an order since August 2017 and up until now (Feb 2018) I have not received my items and they don't even know where my package is - I have asked for a refund COUNTLESS times and they keep saying they cannot issue a refund because from their end the items have been shipped out and until I receive my package then I can send it back and once it reaches them I get a refund. This is unacceptable and extremely shocking. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased glow tracks for the grandkids for Christmas... one of the cars didn’t work, after numerous emails and a video, which they asked me to send.. I still have no replacement... had to put in a dispute with PayPal, still no replacement... now I will have to send them back to get a refund .... what a joke this company is...

avoid Dudes Gadget like the plague

same complaints as others - In my case only one of 4 products ordered arrived, badly packaged. The mail gateway to my country shows that one package went through, so they insist the order has been delivered, and keep sending me back to the post office. They don't read my complaint that indeed one parcel arrived, but three items are still missing, and keep stalling for time without taking responsibility. They promise to follow up and ask for patience, but deadly silence until I email them again. This has been going on since November last year.
24/2 update: about 6 email exchanges further, no progress. I (and others) have now received the same delay email (100% word-for-word the same - 'made a follow-up to our resolution team' from two different people (Christine Jones and Jamie Johnson); a pity I have to rate with at least one star, they maybe deserve that for their skill in ripping people off!

Frustrating

My experience mirrors many of the below.

I paid via PayPal and have contacted PayPal to get my money back. They, together with my bank as it is over 180 days since I bought the race track, are working towards getting me a refund. I have also contacted trading standards about Dudes Gadget and if they get enough reports they may investigate them direct.

This is the worst company ever. Don’t order anything from them. They are not “dude gadget” they are a rip off knock off of that site.

This is the worst online company I've …

This is the worst online company I've ever dealt with. The car and racetrack kit was shipped halfway around the world in a flimsy plastic bag. I contacted them to let them know that I was unhappy that the item looked like it had been dropped off the roof. I didn't even ask for a refund since the toy itself seemed to be undamaged and I said as much in my correspondence. Their response was that they are not liable for the mishandling of shipping. No acknowledgement or even an apology - just an immediate defensive posture. It's now weeks later and I'm still waiting for another item, which, after reading some of these reviews, I actually doubt will ever come. They are a CRAP company (if they are even a company at all)

Appalling dishonest service by appallingly dishonest company - how they are still in business.. and how they don't understand that we'd buy more stuff if they behaved like human beings...?!

BTW this company is called Dudes Gadget, not Dude Gadget.... can't amend it in the Title/Heading until tmw apparently. Anyway I ordered a back pack in August 2017 for my 11 yr old son's Autumn term. It arrived weeks later.. way too late and surprising for online deliveries. Nevertheless we kept it. Then in early January - after very little time using it, one of the straps broke - the stitching came undone. I asked for a replacement or refund - several times and keep getting the same stock reply, thanking me for reaching out (??) about how they only replace or refund items which were faulty on arrival.. as it broke after we received it, they won't refund or replace.... I have written several times and clearly they have a button to press the same response to each and every complaint. Have quoted the law to them and got another email thanking me for reaching out, and the same old response... absolutely deplorable customer service and real low life behaviour....

What a shocking company this is

What a shocking company this is. I received damaged goods that never would work in a good condition. Then my emails just get replied with I have sent it higher then no response. This is FRAUD Why have they not been prosecuted. They are deliberately ripping off the world. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM

Unacceptable experience

I am still waiting on my goods that I order from this company Dudes Gadget I have sent severely email and it’s obvious automatic replies your goods are shipped ,they must be on a ship with no engine or ,must be a dingy that floats around and around and goes nowhere , the latest reply from them was the goods are delivered where to because I didn’t receive them I have put a claim in before Xmas for a refund and they came back with you must sent back the goods ,how does one sent back goods they have not received this order is with them since the 9th of September the advertisement for this goods was through Facebook it’s a disgraceful way of scamming people
Dudes Gadget you should be banned from every advertising again anywhere .i will keep posting my reviews until you refund me my hard earned money , hope customers read these reviews and do take on board not to order anything from this company

Don’t use dudesgadget - poor quality goods

Ordered the anti-theft bag which took over two months to arrive and when I received it the zip broke on the second time of using it. I sent dudes gadget email to request new bag or refund and they essentially said replacement bag would be sent but now are blaming me for breaking the bag. Not sure how they think someone can break a zip after only using the bag once. Poor quality goods and absolutely disgusting customer service. Don’t ever buy from this company.

would never use this again

would never use this again. no communication, waited 3 months and still no order arrived. asked for a refund which i can only get if i return the product that i have never seen.quick to take your money tho,only thing they seem to be fast at. i would rate this a no go zone. better companies out there.

I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM AT SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THE ONLY THING YOU GET IS AN 'APOLGY' MAIL FOR THE LATE DELIVERY DUE TO THE HIGH LOAD OF ORDERS. STRANGELY ENOUGH; THEY WILL NEVER DISPATCH IT ANYWAY. A TRACKINGNUMBER DOES NOT WORK EITHER; YOU GET STUCK ON A LOCAL CHINESE SITE. REFUND: NO CAN DO; THEY TRULY, TRULY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ONE BIT. I FOLLOWED MY PAYMENT AND TRIED T GET A REFUND THROUGH THE COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF IT. Terrible company

Do Not buy from this company!!

Do Not buy from this company. They are a ríp off. I bought 2 Mágic Tracks & 3 extra cars. It took 6 weeks to arrive & the boxes were damaged. The cars are nothing like the advertisement. They don't go up hills like they're supposed to. They have no power at all. They are different cars entirely than the instructions. They even take different batteries. Can't send them back because I dont trust them to give me a refund. Also they want you to pay the shipping. They are overpriced.The company is in China, so if they don't recieve your items back you will not get a refund. Facebook should not let them advertise & América should ban them from selling in this country. I saw the same thing with more pieces for $10.00. This company SUCKS!!!!!

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website. They are a scam

I bought an "anti theft" rack sack which was very expensive but discounted to roughly £50. The description was absolutely fantastic and I thought the quality would reflect that.
Unfortunately this was not the case and the product I received had a broken zip and the quality was a joke.
The product is not fit to purpose and I contacted the customer service to get a full refund of the item.
Customer services were very unhelpful and told me that I would have to ship the item back to China (!) with a recorded delivery as the don't pay or refund shipping costs (!).
Shipping to China from the UK with a recorded delivery is not going to cost mess than £25 which means that in the best case scenario I will only recover £20 for a defective item not fit to purpose.

This is outrageous!

It does not deserve any stars.This company should not be allowed to sell to the public, they send items in boxes that have obviously been damaged in their warehouse then blame the courier company. I ordered a finger monkey but it took six weeks to get to me the outside grey bag was all in tact but inside the box was damaged and the plastic which surrounds the monkey was scruffy, unstuck and old and faded looking and the finger monkey was broken. when I contacted them they took weeks to get back to me then suggested that if I wanted refund I would have to send it back to China pay the postal fee and even if you sent it back there would be no guarantee that they would receive it and you would not get a refund, so that was £28 wasted, absolute disgrace they should be banned from selling on the internet.

They don't deserve one star
I waited 6 weeks for my order which arrived damaged and didn't work
That was 2weeks ago and they are being difficult and obstructive about either a replacement or a refund.
I can't believe Facebook advertises them .
I believe they are very dodgy and their customer service/relations is appalling
