American made prices dollar store quality
I ordered a wool jacket for myself and a sweater for my wife. The fit was quite loose. My jacket has wool facade on the outside and synthetic material on the inside with something like a plastic garbage bag liner in between. I could use it as an all-weather portable sauna. All in all, I think I paid way too much for what I got. I will not be making further purchases with Duluth. Please do your research before buying things based on perception. A lot of times perceptions are based on marketing.

No packing slips and no return label enclosed with the merchandise.
Your merchandise does not come with a packing slip or return label enclosed with your order. So if you want to return something or exchange something, you have to have a printer because they want you to print out the label and print out a packing slip to put inside of the package and then you have to return it. It cost $7.95? to return a package And you can’t pack multiple orders in one box each one has to be separate. Most companies at least send a list of items purchased with the package received and a return label. I won’t be dealing with Duluth anymore.

WTF is wrong with your company? Your product is decent. I have purchased quite a bit. Simply to get a FEDEX tracking number for my latest order via chat, email, or telephone is absolutely frustrating. Its a freaking tracking number!!!! the number on my order status on your website only shows the last 4 numbers. All of your schtick isnt working for me. Do Freaking Better!!!
No Merchandise Sent, No Refund
Ordered underwear from Duluth on 12/23/24. Received email the next day station label created, awaiting carrier. Contacted Duluth on 1/6/25 to check status as it still showed not picked up by carrier. They put in a replacement order and emailed me a return shipping label for "when the original order arrives". Still no original order and no replacement order. Then received a form letter from the 'CEO' apologizing for the poor service and how much better Duluth was going to be, It went to all customers, I'm not special. I called today to request a refund since nothing showed in transit. Escalated to a 'manager' when was told the same thing, they are on the way. Explained to the manger my situation and requested a refund. First was told, the same, on the way, when stated I still wanted a refund and if they showed, I would send them back. Said she couldn't do this, then later said, " I could give you the refund today, but you'd have to go through the hassle of sending them back. I said ok, I have a label already. Then it was" NO, I can't do a refund, you misunderstood."
Got online and found there are multiple complaining of the very same thing.
I.m out $75, but the CEO of Duluth send me a form letter, along with thousand more to customers without their merchandise,

I plan on taking the $250--$300 I've spent with them since before and after Christmas back to the local store for a refund and take my clothing needs elsewhere.
Great experience with my first order
I just made my first ever order to Duluth Trading. I ordered 6 pairs of men’s underwear, 2 each of 3 different styles (Buck Named, Dang Soft, and Armachillo), all at a great price compared to similar products elsewhere. I ordered right between Christmas and New Years so it was understandable that it took a few days to ship. Once shipped, my estimated arrival date shifted a few times in the tracking, but that was FedEx not Duluth.
I got the underwear last week, and the quality seems great, color and designs were exactly what I ordered, fit was perfect, and they are so comfortable. These are my new favorites - I’ll be purging some old pairs and buying more.
I thought it was weird when I got a notice apologizing for having dropped the ball and not keeping up with holiday shipping and how they are going to do what they can to fix their process, until I came here and saw all the 1-star reviews. Maybe I got lucky, I did not experience any of those frustrations. Sounds like they are aware of their failings and trying to fix it, so I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more from them.
Cancelled my orders but didn't refund my money
I placed two orders on December 30th totaling nearly $200. Both orders were immediately charged to my credit card. Since then, I have received absolutely no correspondence from Duluth. I've checked both orders several times - both were waiting to be packed until today, 1/8, when they were both cancelled. Again, I received no notice of this - Duluth has simply erased them. I have received no refund and now need to initiate multiple credit card chargebacks. According to the many other reviews, this is Duluth's new standard of operation. I'll never be ordering from them again.

Duluth pooped the bed this holiday season. Placed two orders in November and still have not received all items. One item was ordered in store and never got processed by the warehouse so I had to get a refund bc they had no more of what I ordered in NOVEMBER. The other oreder shipped 2 of 6 items and I Still have not received the balance. THey took my $ though. Customer service was a TOTAL JOKE. Could not get anyone on the phone, through chat or email despiter MULTIPLE attempts. Bottom Line-DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DULUTH. Unless you can physically take it out of the store, don't bother. THEY SUCK

I should have read the reviews before ordering because the negative remarks are very similar to my experience. It's been so frustrating dealing with this company. I ordered Christmas gift on Dec. 14 and received them today (Jan. 2) Of course, the recipients did not get these gifts because we are no longer in their state. I was forced to purchase gifts from a local store. I called 3 times waiting more than 30 minutes each call and finally hung up. E-mails did not work, either. I like their clothes, but refuse to go through anything like this again. How a company operates like this is beyond comprehension!

I placed an order before Christmas. The shipping was very slow, I ordered 6 items and only two were shipped but I was charged for 6. Tried calling with no sucess, emailed them no response. What has happened to this company used to have no problem, the items were on sale now I have paid double reg price for what I received.

, I have been trying to get a hold of Duluth by chat and phone for a MONTH and cannot get through. I’ve waited up to 45 mins each day and can’t get anyone so then I started emailing and still NOTHING!!!

December 7th I placed a second order. I used a different credit card and immediately got a pending charge, but did not receive an order confirmation. However, with this second order place, I did receive a shipping confirmation and then my order arrived.
I thought everything’s fine but then all the sudden that first order I placed on December 1st shows up and finally after I received this order in hand, it charged to my credit card.
So in conclusion, I do not want the second order and I like to send it back free of charge please.
The Worst Online Experience Ever
I placed my order online December 12, requesting that it be shipped to our daughter's home in Florida where we were traveling to spend Christmas. Within minutes of placing the order online, I received an email confirmation: "We've received your order and we're currently hustling to get it ready for you. We'll send you another email with tracking information just as soon as your order ships. Your order is currently being processed and cannot be changed or canceled."
10 days later we arrived in Florida. The package was not there - which is only then when I realized I had not received an email with tracking information. I immediately sent an email asking for the status of my order. I was informed I would receive a response in 3-4 days due to the high volume of holiday online orders. Calling customer service would be over 75 minute wait time and I did not have that luxury.
Day 4 I received an email announcing 'Your order has just shipped, arriving January 7th.'
Christmas has come and gone, we arrived back in Minnesota yesterday, and the package is apparently still heading to Florida.
I have currently been on hold with Duluth Trading customer service department, now 68 minutes. I have 18 minutes remaining. How they respond to rectify this situation will determine whether I will ever shop at Duluth Trading again. The best I can do, however, is to share my experience here, as many many others have done.

I got a $500 Duluth digital gift card for Christmas, 2024, but Duluth online order checkout will not accept the card number and pin # for my purchase. No way to communicate as their phone call recording and chat line both AI state that due to high volume wait time is 60-65 minutes. ????

Ordered Christmas gifts on 12/10 /24 it's 12/ 26/ 24 no gifts . If you call customer service, you will wait over one hour for a person to pick up the phone. Now my Christmas gift purchase will arrive on 12/30/24. I guess it's a happy new year gift.

I placed an order on December 16th. When I didn't receive a shipping notification I sent an email to customer service. No response. Placed a call to customer service and was told that my order would ship on the 23rd and I would receive it by Jan 2 or 3rd. Not too happy but I had some wiggle room because my family is coming in on the 3rd. As of today I still haven't received a shipping notice. Called again (wait time on both phone calls was over an HOUR). I was told today that my order STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! Now I was told that it will ship on December 30th and I can expect to receive it TEN DAYS after that. Apparently they only ship by pony express. Customer service refused a request to speak to a supervisor and refused to expedite shipping. Absolutely unacceptable. You are in retail. Christmas is your lifeline. If you can't do the job then you need to close your doors. 24th. Never came. Called Duluth at 930pm Xmas eve. Was told didn't know where my order was. Today, Xmas, I've no presents for my family.

Nightmarish customer service
Nightmarish customer service in that you are offered 3 ways to communicate with a rep, but they all involve long waits. I finally got through on phone and explained that the tracking for OnTrac said my package was delivered, but no it was not. They finally agreed to refund my card, which they said would take 3 - 5 business days. The kicker is that after two weeks of "it's on the truck" and "no it's not," it arrived in a tattered package after they agreed to refund me. Am I going to wait over an hour on the phone to let them know? Nope, I wrote an email. Maybe they will respond, but they didn't respond to any others except with a "bot" telling me they'd get back to me.
The rep I did talk to was kind and understanding. Her name was Jessica, and she was the only plus in the whole situation.

By far the worst when it comes to shipping. Placed an order before thanksgiving and still waiting on one item out of 6. Shipping says two items were shipped together for the last items I am waiting on and then delivered today,get an update that the other item that’s not with it is now shipped today. Emailed them and all I get back is “sorry we’re busy” well so is everyone else. First and last time I will ever order from this company.
