Contacted Erin at Dundas Livingston (West Lothian) regarding a grounds query at the Letham Mains (East Lothian) site. Was very impressed with the speed of response & clarification on the issue concerned. Very helpful & positive experience.
Dundas took over responsibility for the Stewart Milne homes at Letham Mains. They quickly completed some of the unfinished roads and pathways as well as finishing the remaining homes. This was a very unsettling time for us at Letham Mains, so we were very grateful that Dundas stepped in to finish things off. The homes are now mostly finished too & available. They look really beautiful on the outside (not seen the insides) & are in a lovely location in Haddington. So if anyone’s interested in buying a new Dundas home in Haddington - you will probably need to be quick !

Reserving a Dundas home
We recently reserved a Dundas property. The laid back and no pressure approach is what attracted us to Dundas. Laura has been friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help while also giving space to make decisions at our own pace.
Dundas has responded to all queries quickly and has been a friendly check in as we are in the process of selling our property. There has been no negatives to date with our experience and hopefully this continues over the next few months!

We are in the process of buying a home from Dundas. We have now been dealing with Laura (@Dargavel Bishopton) for approx 6 weeks. During this time the level of service we have received from Dundas has been 1st class. Quite simply Laura has done as much as she can to help us every step of the way so far and I have no hesitation in recommending Dundas to anyone looking to buy a new home. Now, that said, we aren't in our new home yet as it isn't complete so this review very much relates to the service, attention and care Dundas give to prospective buyers. Thank you Laura, we think you are doing a great job!
I contacted Dundas Estates …
I contacted Dundas Estates via their website 'contact us' - this was not a sales query. This was quickly followed up by an email from Erin Hearne, Customer Care Coordinator within the appropriate department (passed across from sales) and also a prompt telephone call from the site manager to which my question was associated. Willie, the site manager 'owned' the 'issue' and has taken details away to investigate further. This was later confirmed by email and Dundas Estates will get back to me once an answer has been obtained - prompt and efficient service from all involved. Hoping for a satisfactory outcome but at least my question has not disappeared down some rabbit hole. Thank you for great customer service.

Erin at Dundas was extremely helpful today. I've been in my Dundas house for 6 years now and had a small leak in bathroom, I contacted Erin to ask if they would still have the same skirting, she quickly found the correct type and advised where I could source a piece.

Excellent service
Answering on behalf of my Mum, Helen Graham who does not have WIFI or an email account! From the moment I decided to contact Dundas (The Wireworks, Musselburgh) I have found the service to be absolutely fantastic. Shereen (sales) was so informative, kind, patient and incredibly helpful from the moment I made contact with her. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered every question or query I had, with patience and understanding. I moved in on 7th March and to date, my experience has been nothing but positive. Also to mention Jim (site manager) who has been an absolute treasure. Again, nothing was too much trouble for him either, patiently explaining how everything works inside my new flat, which I just absolutely love. The only downside for me is the placement of my parking spot which, due to my limited mobility, is quite a walk from my front door. Other than that, I cannot thank the team at Dundas enough and are to be highly commended.

Richy - an absolute legend
As with all new builds, we've had a few snagging issues to get sorted. Richy on site at Dargavel is an absolute gem - genuinely feel like if all Assistant Site Managers were more like him, the new build industry would have a much better reputation. Just a really lovely guy who wants to do right by new homeowners.
While we felt we were handed over to Customer care a bit too early, Erin in Customer Care has been really quick to respond to anything we've raised. She's obviously not in control of how quickly subcontractors attend, but we're happy knowing that Erin is doing all she can to get it done.
1 star off for a bit of overpromising and underdelivering by Management in the run up to moving in (but Laura in sales has been lovely).
