New buyer
When finally chosing which house was our forever home after Debbie kindly showed us a range of different layouts.
Nothing was a bother after this answering many a questions we had and guiding us on the right pathway for chosing the interior of our home.
Even still Debbie is a helping hand and it's nice to have a friendly face on site to answer questions we have still feeling like newbies.
Would recommend the sale of dundas to others. Over all a pleasant experience

This review is for poor customer service. I feel it is a disservice to the public to NOT share.
From 8/1/25 to 30/1/25 I was without heat or hot water due to faulty boiler - due to misinformation and couldn't care less attitude from the top John Croal to the team on the ground .
I have never experienced such an arrogant regard to customer service . Thanks to Malcolm McArthur and Son it was eventually resolved. During this time weather exceeded lows of -8 which the team were aware of.
After several escalations I sought to speak directly to the MD of Dundas ....still waiting.
It would appear EVERY boiler may be faulty in the entire Wireworks estate something they wish to keep quiet.
I wouldn't wish this customer care team on my worst enemy.

Excellent Customer Care
We moved into our new home in early November 2024. Like any new property, there’s a settling-in period where some issues (snagging) might need attention. Thankfully, we’ve had very little to address, and the concerns we did raise were resolved promptly and professionally. Erin Hearne, the Customer Care Coordinator at Dundas Estates, exemplifies everything you’d hope for in managing these situations. Whether contacted by phone, email, or text, she responds quickly and provides a clear path to resolution. Erin handles coordination with contractors for necessary repairs and follows up afterward to ensure everything is in perfect order.

As a tenant, it can be quite nerve-wracking having to report issues with a property. Dealing Dundas has been wonderful, and I have received excellent customer service.
On calling to report a fairly serious incident, Margo treated me with kindness and compassion. I have had ongoing correspondence with Erin, who could not have been more helpful. My issues raised have been dealt with quickly, efficiently and resolved to my satisfaction. Erin picks up enquiries with professionalism and good humour, and has been a pleasure to deal with.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Dundas Estates.
Dundas Homes Letham Views
Recently moved to a new house in the Letham Views development .
Graham Brown the sales executive for Dundas Homes was always polite and knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the progress of the house finish and possible entry dates .He was swift to respond to any queries and explained the various different steps to buying a new build in detail .
Once I moved into the house the site manager Jamie and the assistant site manager Richard were very helpful and remedied any snagging issues that came up . Richard is still helping with a few remaining niggles and is always very pleasant and jovial .
All in all a very positive first experience of buying a new build .
Dundas Experience - After Care
I will give my honest review of our experience in purchasing a Dundas property.
We moved into our home in March 2023 and the move in experience wasn't great with poor communication and having to constantly chase up for updated for our entry date that was delayed by 4 months.
Once we moved in there was the expected snagging required and again our experience of dealing with site team and management was poor to say the least.
However, after we made a formal complaint and where passed to the customer care team, for not just the handling of our case but also their own trades team, our experience was remarkably different and we where happy with the service and standard of work.
Erin, Margot and the team are fantastic and promptly dealt with our issues and at times went above and beyond to help us and resolve our repairs.
Erin provided excellent customer service.
Erin reacted to my problem professionally and promptly. Erin was also courteous in her approach, and I’m pleased to say, I experienced excellent customer service skills. Thank you!
Erin Hearne was amazing
Erin Hearne was amazing. My mother’s balcony door wouldn’t lock and Erin was immediately on the case and had the fitters out from Sidey, who were also fantastic, who fixed the problem. When my elderly mum also mentioned that her main door was a bit stiff to lock, they fixed that too.
Swift Fix to Toilet Flushing & Extracor Fan Issues

I moved into a Dundas house last week. Dundas staff have been excellent. Jay in the sales office is friendly and helpful and David the site manager has been brilliant. The house is great quality and any snagging/questions have been dealt with professionally and quickly.
