Erin at Customer care has been amazing at chasing out contractors to ensure all snagging work is carried out in a timely manner. Since I’ve been handed over to the customer care team everything is dealt with quickly.
Typically for a new build there is snagging, but to have it handled quickly takes a lot of the stress away.

Erin who works in Customer Care should be given an award for the best customer service. She listens to what your saying and always arranges for the snagging work to be done when she says it will be.

Very pleased with service from Erin Hearn. She has helped resolve a misunderstanding very much to my satisfaction. Erin is always professional and today really went the extra mile thank you

On occasions when I have had to contact Dundas Customer Care, they have always responded promptly and resolved any issue to my satisfaction.

Graham made the purchase of the house relatively easy considering Dundas have taken over an unfinished project. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Since moving in to our new home we have had nothing but fantastic support from Erin and Margo in Customer Care. All queries have been answered promptly and all remedial work carried out very quickly. My experience with Dundas Homes has been very good since I moved into my new property at the Wireworks in Musselburgh.
The property has been finished to a high standard.
From my first meeting with The Sales executive June I had a great experience and all steps in my purchase was explained to me in detail.
Any problems that I have encountered since moving in have been dealt with quickly by June and the site team.

We have been in our Dundas home for approx 10 years and recently we needed too do a repair to our front door surround. Erin from Dundas customer services was super helpful with tracking down the right silicone sealant as I was struggling to get the correct match. The support and responsiveness surpassed my expectations. Thank you

I had a door that was sticking due to settlement. Although Dundas was not obligated to help, they did offer as a gesture of goodwill when I asked them for a joiner contact. My property out of warranty support since Apr. Problem solved same day - thanks Erin at Dundas and Gary the joiner 👍👍

They are the best building surveyors I have ever used. I am completely stunned with the quality and the service they deliver. Communication was very easy thanks to Lauren in the office. Paul Morgan did a fantastic job. He produced a 89 page level 3 survey with about 80 photographs, many of them made by a drone. They saved me from a purchase that would have cost me a lot of money and stress. The drone photos clearly showed exterior defects that another building surveyor would not have picked up. Paul was onsite for about 4 hours and did a very thorough job. He gave me a 45-minute courtesy call the day after the survey and his report gave even more detail. The level 3 report cost me £522 which was the cheapest quote. I bet it was also the company offering the best quality. I will be using Dundas Building Surveying again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had a slight movement with my Sofit, Contacted Dundas Customer Services, and got Erin, from the minute we told Erin our problem, she arranged for Rab in customer care to come out and assess the problem at our time stated, he then arranged for his team to come and repair the problem, the team came out and and fixed the Sofit and came back and painted the area in question so that it blended in and cleaned up after them, first-class work all round from Erin, Rab, and team, great Customer service and that's a year and half after moving in.

We love our house! David, was really helpful with getting some initial move issues fixed which has helped us to enjoy the full extent of our new home. Erin has also been great at responding to and addressing all our customer care issues post move which has seen matters addressed promptly and to satisfaction.

June was very pleasant and helpful. Overall we are very happy with the workmanship in our flat . The guys on site, Gary and Willie were also very helpful regarding a very small snagging list.

Poor communication regarding the state of the grounds in A New Build Estate where DUNDAS ESTATES are still building in West Lothian

Be very careful of the doors fitted - my mum can't open them due to faulty fitting. This could be a death trap if my kitchen was on fire.
They are now refusing to fix them again due to being over 2 years warranty - problems where reported at 7 day and 6 months snagging.
Customer service from their Senior customer service coordinator is shocking - should not be in customer care
