Sweet sloppy porridge slime aka cream

The cream in the Boston cream chocolate donut is so fake and horrible. Texture is like slime and the tastes like sweet sloppy porridge slime.

The staff are nice. But if the product is terrible no matter how nice you are it wont make the taste any better

Horrible service an refund policy how is it I call customer service an still waiting weeks to get my money back, since 26 of November an got emails saying they need more info when I gave the store date an time an pic of the order but email me 3 times saying they needed more info but spent 25 mins getting them the info on the store. They need to add features on the app for refund an things like McDonald's or any other places hell Starbucks will refund you over the app or gift card so how is it they can't do that at the store at Dunkin. Now today in aliquippa pa their ice machine is down but could make cold drinks makes no sense if the ice machine is down or broken

Got dunkacino on way out of town to…

Got dunkacino on way out of town to work. Was watery, no flavor. Called back spoke to manager who said just come in when I get a chance ask for a Remake of the drink. She asked for my name. 2 weeks later went to drive through to get drink, said did not have my name nor info about the drink. I was asked if I wanted to speak to manager. I said yes. I parked got out and went inside.. The manager came out from the back/his office and looked at me, then sent someone else to tell me I should have kept my receipt... I guess I didn't look like I Deserve attentive customer service from the manager. Will not go there again was disrespectful.

Dun with dunkin

I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday June 29, 2021 at 1291 highway 11 W Bristol across from the pinnacle shopping center, Tennessee. The time was very close to 1:40 PM because I had a oncology appointment at 2:00. I pulled up to the intercom and I said I would like one powdered cream filled doughnut. I pulled around to the window she said $1.30 I gave her a five dollar bill while I was waiting on my change I told my wife you better look and see if you got the right donut. The reason I told her that is because the last two times and the only two times that I’ve been there before they got it wrong both times only those times I went inside because I ordered like a dozen donuts and they actually gave me the wrong donuts and my order too so that was nice but time we told the girl (around 5 foot 2”to 4” a little thick, brown hair light complexion, early 20s) that we ordered powdered and I handed it back to her when she gave me my change back and she said we can’t take it back and my wife said well I don’t want it so instead of just saying OK I’ll go get you a powdered one she just looks at us and drops the bag on the ground in front of the drive-through window like she had made some kind of grand conquest or something and she shut the window and never said a word. I told my wife I’m assuming she’s going to get another donut and she said let’s just get out of here so we pulled out and I donated $1.30 to Dunkin’ Donuts. I don’t know what kind of day that girl was having but being as this was about trip number 45 for me to the hospital I can guarantee I was having a heck of a lot worse day than her and we never said anything or did anything to deserve being treated like that. I know that a job like that can be hectic and busy but I can tell you one thing I will never be back to that Dunkin’ Donuts and to be honest I’ll never be back to any Dunkin’ Donuts at all again, she sealed the deal. If you think you are having a bad day theres always someone else who is having a worse day so don’t be stupid and take your problems out on someone else. This kind of junk is why they have like a 47% bad rating at the bottom and only 21% good.

PLEASE, BRING BACK THE OLD CUPS…

Your coffee and most service locations are great. If I didn't like your product I would simply not purchase it, however there is room for improvement with your product delivery. Your original Styrofoam cups set you apart from the competition. They rarely leaked, even if dropped. The coffee stayed warm for an amazing period of time. Your new cups are simply horrible, in every way. How you could desecrate a good product with what should be a simple delivery system, one which was already working very well, is unconscionable. Every morning I watch my favorite beverage erupt like a volcano from your newly designed lids. Fortunately the heat of the coffee dissipates through your paper cup so easily that the coffee splashing around as I drive is not hot enough to be concerned. What's interesting is the leakage occurs from the small breather hole that is designed to allow your lukewarm coffee to pour smoothly. Regarding the actual drinking hole, I don't dare removing the re-engineered toothpick plug, perhaps it is a rejected coffee stirrer, I am not sure but I view it like the pin on a grenade. Nothing good comes from pulling that thing out unless you are completely stationary. I can only assume that a project manager was making an attempt to be environmentally conscious in eliminating the coveted Styrofoam cup. This is a false hope as the trash produce by your munchkin toothpicks and excessive discarding of your failed cups will most like double the waste produced by the Styrofoam cups you used to use. If you want to be green perhaps you could begin recycling Styrofoam and place recycling boxes at your locations. You would then not only attract consumers looking to recycle their Styrofoam goods but also collect free material for your cup production reducing your operating costs while being viewed as environmentally responsible. It would be a win-win for your organization, the environment, and your consumers tired of wiping up spilled coffee in their vehicles like me. I would suggest allowing the project manager that designed the munchkins or your new stuffed bagels to handle this project. That person will have this issue resolved in no time. As for the person that designed the new cups, perhaps Starbucks is hiring?

The Dunkin’ on Marlboro road sucks ass.. I’ve gave them so many chances, and they still can’t get my food right and half the time the drinks suck. Last time I went there they didn’t even cook the egg all the way thru. Terrible place to go.

I remember when they came out with Iced Coffee. Just with cream and it was great!! Now it seems the only place to get a delicious coffee is at the store on N. 19 across from The Shoppes at Pinellas. Very disappointed with the watered down version everyone else is selling. Corporate seems more interested in selling franchises than having an excellent product.

Bad customer service

For the past month I experienced very poor customer service at store # 301852
Drive true wait time is more then 10-15 minutes each time. Couple of times microphone was not working. Other times you can not hear clerks at all and you are forced to order at the window, witch makes it even longer wait time. Few times you are forced to pay cash because card machine is not working. When you order they give you old and nasty drinks ( in my case ice green tea ) very very poor customer service.
The only reason I go back to it ( hoping this time is going to be OK ) is because it is the only DD in the area that has a drive true
This store is definitely giving DD a bad rep

DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED AND DONE!!

Subject: DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED AND DONE!!

Dear Customer Service Rep.,
I have been going to the Dunkin Donuts at 748 Boardman-Canfield RD. Boardman, Ohio for almost a year now. The staff is rude, they talk over you at the speaker and they are very disrespectful. I went through the drive through just like I do every morning ( 8:38 A.M. to be exact ) on the way to the office. ( just wondering how they would screw my order up today? ) The girl taking my order was very vulgar! I started to tell her what I wanted and before I can get to the second item she interrupts me. I finally get to tell her my full order and I asked her if she could read it back to me. So she did with an agitated tone and she got it wrong. So in my attempt to tell her I wanted 2 coffee cake muffins not a bacon and cheese croissant. I hear her say to someone “This guy just Fu#@%&* yelled at me!” I use to spend about $60 to $70 a week there, not anymore. I pulled out of line and went across the street to High Octane Coffee. And they were very polite and patient and they have Great coffee! I can say one thing, I wouldn’t want your job. I just finished reading about 50 complaints about various locations very similar to mine. I have ordered a maple long john only to find an apple fritter when I open the bag. Then they either squish a napkin into the icing or it’s face down stuck to the bottom of the bag. They’ve left the caramel out of a caramel macchiato and even charged me for things that are not in the bag. Then there’s the day they dumped 10 munchkins in a bag, I believe they are supposed to be in a box?! I’m sure this email is a waste of my time. Though I do have the satisfaction of taking the around $3,000.00 a year I spent there and giving it to a company that actually value’s my business. And of course I will give you a review. And by the way “America does not run on dunkin” , it runs on small businesses that value their customers! Oh yes, before I forget to tell you. I think the rude and vulgar girl is the Assistant Manager! WOW!! Talk about Lead by example!
