I am so over Dunkin’ Donuts ... I will go at 8 am and they give me stale tea every morning... never fresh I have tried different locations and still the same stale tea.... they no longer will get my money ..... sad that u love something but then this happens!!!

I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and when I received it I didn’t even know it was my drink. It looked completely different from the picture and when I tasted it I was shocked. It tasted completely watered down and i disliked it very much.

These dry doughnuts taste bad. It reminds me of Popeyes's biscuits. You need a good beverage to wash the bad after taste out.

The Dunkin’ Donuts ion beachum Street In Chelsea mass right next to the Chelsea produce market is an absolutely disgusting store I was in there a day ago and employee right his nose with the plastic above and still with the plastic valve on was preparing food after wiping his nose absolutely disgusting further walking into the store there are absolutely no hand sanitizing stations whatsoever that one I top that there are no public restrooms in that store the place is gross

Make horrible looking bad tasting products
Cheat you by pouring less amount by half of cup!
Spit in food and totally incompetent!
Overcharged first two sandwiches supposed to be 2 for $5

I don’t drink coffee so I’d like to clarify that right away. I went to my closest location 3 times to order breakfast sandwiches. All 3 times I was dissatisfied. The bread is hard and has no flavor. The sausage which shows high fat and sodium tastes like nothing or maybe it tastes like vegan. I honestly don’t know. The worst of all is the hash browns . They taste like bargain bin frozen Hash browns that were taken out of the oven 30 minutes too soon. No crunch, nothing crispy just warm, wet, uncooked potato. Seriously I tried 3 times. I thought they were busy or off their game. Nope that’s their normal. It’s gross and I’ll never be back. I gave them 2-stars only because I know it’s a coffee and doughnut shop. However their food is offensive to tastebuds.

I enrolled in Dunkin' Donuts Perks program a years ago and used the website to add funds to my card. A few months ago I tried to add funds and the system stated I needed to provide a cell number to be sent a code to verify my identity. I use The two step verification process with other companies, but I have always been provided with options, email address or a phone call to receive a code. NOT with Dunkin' Donuts, it's cell number only! Not everyone has or can afford a cell phone. If I did use a cell phone, there could be a charge for the text message! That would mean I would have to pay to get a code to add money to the card using their website.They are trying to force me to buy a cell phone or use someone's else's, that is terrible customer service! The policy should be changed, no wait, I'll change. There are other places to buy coffee and with the money I save, I can buy a cell phone!

It's a the 4th time I get a old warm cup of decaf coffee...at ,8 am.
How hard can it be to make a fresh pot of decaf coffee in the morning..no more DD for me.

I'd like to give no stars the dunkin in Fairburn has a manager named Kelly. He treats his employees like crap and refuses to let them off work for certified appointments he refuses to give pto that is owed and withheld the work permit so my son couldn't get another job quickly. He threatens to fire people for no reason. Worse manger ever. My son cut his hand and wasn't allowed to use workman comp because there had been too many other comp accidents.

Extremely annoyed and mad because the Dunkin’ Donuts in Akron on the corner of Massillon road and Waterloo road connected to the circle k don’t do all the things they're suppose to with the drinks.. example : Carmel drizzle on the whipped cream (even after asked) they’re ALWAYS out of the holiday flavors.. even after asking & paying for whipped cream I didn’t get it then they got an attitude with me for asking about it. There’s more but I’ll leave it at this. This is not the first time this has happened to me either, so I gave them a chance. HORRIBLE I will never go back.

Dd on st 37 east horrible never had such horrible people. I went to drive threw the girl was so rude, I repeated my order she didn't hear me when I repeated my order she gave me nasty remarks I had someone one my car phone who heard her couldn't believe what she how she was talking to me you need to check out this store. They need help there losing a lot of respect for dd

Customers consistently get harassed immediately upon entering the premise for not purchasing while you need to use the restroom or WiFi. This is bad business policy. I went to Dunkin at Snell Road in south San Jose. I’m afraid and ashame to go there now.

Great place, delicious donuts!

I am quite selective when choosing eateries. The locations that I visit are reasonable. The staff is friendly and responsive to my request. My only consistent concern is the management's lack of attention to the tables being dirty after other patrons leave. I shouldn't have to freshen up the spot I choose to sit at and don't feel I should have to request a clean-up especially when it's not busy.

I like to think I am a loyal customer of DD, but recently the service at the DD branch in Windham Maine ( 302) has been deplorable. Orders are not right.
When you contact the HQ they will have a manager reach out to you and of course they don't. I work hard for my money. I ask specifically for Iced Tea with one sweet and low, and then get sugar. When you are diabetic, this is
now a waste of my money, because I can't have sugar. The staff at the window are rude. Pushing your drinks and food at you. I realize it is " fast food" but come on, some common courtesy goes a long way.

Dunkin' Donuts is not the same as it used to be when I was growing up in the early 2000's. Their donuts used to be always fresh and high quality. Now it's like a ghost company (like Subway has become). They keep donuts until they become hockey pucks on display. Their coffee tastes like medicine, and they hire cashiers that don't listen (or can't listen). I had the last straw when I asked someone to heat up my donut for a few seconds and he tossed me the bag with the blueberry donut looking like it had reached the Sun. It was steaming because he forgot about it in the microwave. I tossed it in the trash and walked out. Seriously, Dunkin' Donuts should go out of business. I even completed a survey and they said they would get back to me, but of course they never did. I give Dunkins a few years before it ends up like Subway and everyone moves on to a new donut shop.

A Dunkin Donuts in Montreal was my go-to morning coffee place a while ago. Coffee is pretty good there, I'd say much better than you could expect for its price. Food is decent, but to my taste it is not as good as some folks like to describe, and the donuts seem to have gotten smaller over time.

Please dont mop floor around customers while eating and dont use sewer water on floor !!!! I almost barfed!!!!! Long hill rd of groton ct dunkin donuts has horrible mangers that scream at employees for talk forever and dont wait on drivethru its very slow on second shift like a 40 minute wait!!!!!
