Bad,bad, bad
I have been to the Dunkin Donuts located at 3024 Washington Rd Augusta Ga 30907 several times and it’s hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts in the Augusta area. Every time I have stopped here to buy coffee it was always prepared using old coffee and served with even worse etiquette by the cashier. I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the last time and I will never return and I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. Customer service sucks and the coffee is horrible it always taste like burnt coffee grains. When I notifiy them it’s like they get worse so I am never returning but I want everyone to know they’re serving old coffee and they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. So run Augusta run, if you’d like to be well.

This company is not the same (Entity) that it was in the 80's to early 90's, the doughnuts do not taste the same and neither do the blueberry muffins that used to be moist and tasty with plump, fresh blueberries.
The coffee is really the only thing that even resembles it's better days!
How hard is it to just go back to the same old recipes and such??
