SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE

I am extremely disappointed with Dulogi and their handling of my loan agreement for teeth straightening aligners purchased from Diamond Whites Aligners. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about their lack of transparency and accountability.

First and foremost, I financed £1,650 through Dulogi for aligners from Diamond Whites, expecting a "smile guarantee" and satisfactory results. Instead, my teeth remain uneven, and despite repeated promises, neither Diamond Whites nor Dulogi have taken responsibility for this failure.

When I contacted Dulogi by phone to request a copy of my loan agreement, I was informed that the loan had been sold to NCO Europe. Shockingly, they stated that they couldn’t—and didn’t want to—share any information about this. I was never informed by either Dulogi or NCO Europe that the loan had been sold, nor have I received any correspondence or legal documentation regarding the transfer of my loan. This complete lack of communication raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this loan arrangement and is a clear breach of my consumer rights.

Adding to the confusion, my bank statements still show Dulogi as the recipient of my monthly payments, despite Dulogi’s claim that NCO Europe now holds the loan. I have repeatedly requested a signed loan agreement and clarification on why this loan is not regulated, but my requests have been denied. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious violation of consumer protection laws.

Due to Dulogi's refusal to provide any documentation or explanation, I have no choice but to report this matter to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Financial Ombudsman Service. It is clear to me that Dulogi is a scam, operating with no regard for transparency, consumer rights, or legal requirements.

I urge anyone considering financing through Dulogi to think twice before proceeding. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to protect consumer rights have caused me significant stress and financial loss. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for financing options.

If this review prevents even one person from going through what I have, it will have been worth writing. Dulogi needs to address these issues immediately and take responsibility for their part in this debacle. Report them to the FCA and Financial Ombudsman Service if you experience similar issues.

terrible terrible customer service

My identity was stolen and a loan was taken out with duologi. Firstly, they allowed a loan to be taken out fraudulently which is not a good look. And then they have spent months failing to deal with the issue before 'selling' my 'loan' to another company. They are a complete mess. I'd have given 0 stars if i could.

hopeless

hopeless, been passed to NCO Europe but not heard anything from either. Trying to make a payment but can't get through to either firm. Will be notifying the FCA of this appaling handover. Will not be happy if a late payment appears on my credit reference as this is not my fault.

Spoke to Customer service

Spoke to customer service. Apparently my loan has been sold to someone else, no contact from Duologi to advise this. Poor customer service. Customer service didnt care, showed no empathy, particularly unhelpful. Probably a good job I'm not going to be their customer anymore.

Sale through purple bricks.

I was never told by purple bricks that this company would start to hassle me for Estate agents fees. I was told payment could be made on the sale completing. Not this company say they are attempting to take money before completion. Which I haven't got. Who has. So to add to the stress of selling tk escape domestic abuse I have to now add the stress of delaing with a company saying my credit agreement is running out. To which I asked what credit agreement. Oh you have none. How is this legal?? Why does purple bricks not inform clients this will happen. Awful. They won't talk to purple bricks. Purple bricks won't talk to my solicitor. Terrible companies. AVOID.

Ben from Duologi was kind

Ben from Duologi was kind, considerate and really helpful. I was waiting for the sale of my house to complete and was worried as purplebricks wanted their full payment before completion. Ben suggested a partial payment monthly which I could afford. This was a great relief to me. Fortunately my sale completed and I could make full payment. People like Ben make life so much easier and I am truly grateful. Thanks Ben.

Awful customer services - avoid!

Awful customer services! They call me in a rude and arrogant matter, expecting me to drop everything in my working day to tell me incorrectly there is a dispute on my credit file and claiming that I am not on the electoral role- causing me distress. I explained I am on the electoral role for my new property but that I opted out from being public and then discovered they were looking at the wrong address for me - making this their error! Making false claims.

No apologies just another aggressive follow up by a manager who called me in the middle of a meeting - STAY AWAY from using this company, highly unprofessional.

Very "computer says no" attitude and no common sense.

Avoid 0%, BNPL or PayIn3 agreements as more retailers go bust

A moan about the environment their 0% product sits within really rather than just the company itself. Just beware that if you use an unregulated product like PayIn3 or Buy Now Pay Later or 0%, if the retailer from whom you bought the product goes bust (in my case Brook and Wilde) before they deliver your product or whilst they have agreed you can return a substandard product, you will still owe Duologi for the full purchase amount even though you are left with no product or a substandard product.
So, always ensure you are happy the business from which you are buying is capable of delivering what you bought, as Duologi will literally sign up any retailer as the retailer performance risk IS NOT THEIRS BUT YOURS and they literally will not budge on demanding the money under the threat of ruining your credit history.
This will change next year when at long last these agreements will become regulated, so customers benefit from Consumer Credit Act protections.

Appalling service

I was buying cameras equipment from Park Cameras and after applying for interest free credit that was offered, I was referred to this company and now 2 days later my application has been left in limbo and still pending. I was sent 3 different links to upload my ID and a face video for verification but was told the picture was not uploading although I had a confirmation message of the files being sent. Not only have I lost a promotion that was in place at the time of purchase, I have also lost a few bookings because of Duologi inability to make a credit decision with my application. Today is the 10/08/2023 and my application is still pending. This is massively disappointing and believe me I am giving a 1 star because I can give any less. This company should not be trusted at all. Park Cameras should not deal with them anymore. Very disappointed customer here.
After reading your reply I am flabbergasted by your comment, accusing me of failing three remonte verification attempts due to blurry images.
I spoke to three of your colleagues who advised me that due to pictures not being uploaded on the system, the verification process could not be completed. I have proof of confirmation of my details being uploaded successfully on your system and this was a screenshot of my phone at the time.
Even if my pictures were so blurry, why could you not proceed via other means ie: the same way it was finally done 3 days after my application or even presenting a form of id in the shop for exemple.
You should be apologising rather than trying to turn the blame on me.
What a shambles!
