this company act on behalf of purple bricks, it was never explained to me nor did i agree to enter into a contract that stipulates i will be harassed daily by the company via emails and texts asking for £1000 estate agent fees when i haven't even sold my house yet due to the incompetence of purple bricks doing checks on the people buying my home actually having the funds! this company is enough to ensure i will never be using purple bricks again. harassment, bullying and you are not able to reply to the emails or texts... they act like bailiffs... for a contract i didn't consent too with constant threats that theyre going to take the funds out of my account without my permission. Bullys. next time my advise to anyone is go with a proper estate agent.. if its too cheap to be good and true..usually is.
In response.... Yes you defer payment for 10 months but when my house wasn't on the market for 6 of those months due to the people buying my house saying they had funds when they didn't and due to that being purple bricks fault they didn't do due diligence I'm therefore now liable for fees... Money I don't have in this current economic climate.. You know why I don't have it.. Because I haven't sold my house yet! When I sell my house ill pay my estate agent fees. Isn't that how the rest of the country operate? But you sneaky buggers made me supposed sign an online agreement... No paperwork though for this?!?

Unknown company creates security alert
We had a security alert on our account today. Duologi had attempted to withdraw over £1k. We have never heard of/had anything to do with this company. You cannot get through on the phone. After holding for the past 30 minutes I did read a Trustpilot review saying that their customers had the same prob back in June because of a staff member being on holiday, guess they are still on holiday. Theres nothing worse than holding indefinitely especially when this company has attempted to make a withdrawal. Need to investigate further but thats first impressions. In a world of scams you can never be to careful.
Customer Unfriendly
Have a loan for a pond we purchased from World of Water, visited the website today to see how to pay the outstanding balance, weblink related to can I repay early but no actual way or information on how to repay. Everything is geared to dealer login but nothing for customers, just page after page of guff expounding why you should use them.
The borrowing was clear and helpful.
The borrowing was clear and helpful.
Even better if: able to managing, monitor via app. I would have liked to have the option to pay early with ease.

After a very stressful time we where eventually helped by this very professional company
We contacted this company due to a failed product bought via finance through duologi, and the firm we bought from no longer in existence, we where able to come to a positive outcome and I felt that at all times staff where very professional and courteous towards me especially Jamie.
I think it’s all to easy to leave bad press when things go wrong, people don’t often bother when it’s all good.

👎👎👎👎👎
👎👎👎👎👎, useless. They won't finance you don't matter what but be careful, they will leave a nasty footprint. Avoid at all costs.

I was past on to Duologi when we decided to not proceed with Purple Bricks for selling our house (which was appalling). They sent me links to offer monthly payments scheme but their systems never worked despite many attempts which leads me to believe they have no intention of slow collection. Poor experience all round - avoid both companies if you can.
Unhelpful
I applied for finance from Duologi. I completed the trivial amount of data on their application, but was promptly declined.
I have a good credit rating so presumed it was an error with their system. After emailing them I was replied to with "your application was declined due to our internal lending policy", and after questioning that was told "unable to disclose as its internal policy".

Be very careful - They cancel your direct debit you call up to inform it’s been cancelled 😡
There are totally unaware - so I pay the balance set up new direct debit and get told that they are sorry and it won’t affect my credit file.
Just checked and they have filed a missed payment for their mistake.
Even admitted in email they they are at fault - be very careful of this company
Complete jokers
Not happy
Not happy. Now trying to charge me for their "services" even though I'd changed agent. Was not explained well enough when I started and did not explain when I told them I would be dropping them for another agent. Leagle advice tells me that I cannot be charged for work not done.

I wish they had more people to answer the phone!
I was being really grumpy about this company, mainly because you can never get through on the phone. It was driving me mad. But I managed to get through this morning (with no wait on the phone) and spoke to Becky who was lovely, and has really professional customer service skills. Becky explained there's only a couple of them dealing with phone calls and one was on holiday this week so apologised for the delay. Maybe the company needs to employ more people to answer the phone? Emails I've sent do get answered, but when you want to make a payment you need to speak to someone. Well done Becky for saving the reputation of your company in my eyes...
(Edit: have just found on my mobile phone a message from one of the team who called me back and left a voicemail so that was completely my fault).

wish there was a way to talk to someone
I’ve got good credit normally there’s ways to talk to someone about the application which could of changed the outcome of my decision
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Sold my house in Aberdeen using the most useless estate agency Yopa, who cocked up the conveyancing and as a result cost me my new home in France and also recommended this shower. Lodged a complaint with Property Ombudsman which took forever to resolve.
Last Friday, the 28th Feb, at 4 mins to 5, they shut at 5, they sent an email telling me they would be taking the payment in the next 48 WORKING hours. I only received the email this morning due to the two storms over the weekend along with another threatening email telling me my payment was overdue! Now bearing in mind they dont work weekends and only 9 to 5, I make 48 WORKING hours to be 5pm Tuesday.
Tried calling them twice today to be told "they are exceptionally busy and to leave a message or call back later".
Now waiting for their NEXT threatening email regarding my "overdue" account. 3 emails and texts in one day once power etc was restored. One actual reply telling me its not their fault the latest storm killed our power and internet. How understanding of them. Id no heat, power or anything but thats not their fault and could I pay them. Unbelievable. Heard loan sharks have bdc
Please dont use this absolute shower or that other shambles Yopa. They are well suited to each other. Neither hava a clue
Scummy company working for scumming…
Scummy company working for even scummier estate agents! Thieves
