These jokers are in cahoots with purplebricks, another bottom of the barrel business. Poor processes, dont take money when they say they will, due to poor reputation banks wont process their payments and poor email deliverability means you dont see their comms as always ends up in the junk folder.
Reply says delay due to bank holiday? You said money would be taken 23/04 when in fact it was the 4th May, some 8 working days later.

We’d like to confirm that generally, the reason why banks refuse our payments is due to the amount of the transaction being larger than an average card payment, so sometimes banks like to ensure it is not a fraudulent transaction.
It appears your payment was attempted later than we had informed due to a bank holiday. With regards to the emails, this has been raised with our tech team, thank you for your feedback.

Duologi ignores customers
I used the website form to ask if and how I could make additional payments to my loan. No response.
I then called Duologi. It was 10.30 on a Tuesday. Result - a message to tell me to call back during office hours of 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday.
I then emailed. No response.
I am thinking a complaint to the FOS might be in order.

COMPANY PERSPECTIVE: Very poor experience
Very poor experience with Duologi as a finance provider. They don't really understand the business' they provide finance for or even bother to review their terms of service. Avoid, if you're trying to find a good finance provider, there are far better options. We are now in the process of cancelling with them.

BE AWARE/CAREFULL WITH DUOLOGI
Be careful when choosing Duologi for finance. I have recently took my issues to the Financial Ombudsman and want to ensure that everyone is aware of how Duologi do business. If you sign up to a Duologi product using a broker, DONT! This will void any claims under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1979. Duologi have found a loop hole in the section where they are not liable when you go via a broker or another 3rd party. They exploit this as they are not classied as the creditor in the DCS (debtor-creditor-supplier) agreement. My issue has been going on for 2 years and Duologi did everything in thier power not to be helpful and take responsibilty. Save yourself lots of time and hassle by avoiding Duologi at all cost!

Purple bricks use this company to rip off people and leave them with ridiculous fees and don’t even sell the property. Dualogi remember if you lye with dogs you get fleas and birds of a feather flock together…they also harassed me for money while at the ombudsman stage which they were not allowed to do…

Applying for the finance was fairly easy, however it is impossible to get through on the phone to customer service if you have a query and they don't reply to emails.
