Unfortunate occurrences such as this sometimes happen when we hand over the goods to courier services. We will make a note of your concerns and pass these on to the relevant people.
Bad quality and delivery service
The quality of the paper is worse than expected. It's so thin, that's its very hard to use it without creasing. I ordered it on Friday about 1pm with Saturday delivery option which is about £28, to get it before Sunday photoshoot. It came on Monday, so I had to cancel the shoot, so lost the money.
If there's no option for one day delivery for the size, they definitely shouldn't sell it! I won't recommend it to anyone and won't buy again.

Finally with regards to the delivery. It is always unfortunate when there are problems with our transport carriers. Items arrived late
Items arrived late, there was a £10 minimum next day (advertised) delivery. Took 2-3 days from memory. Bit of a bump.
The product I used is manufactured by them and great.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that you had a problem with the delivery. Unfortunately things like this happen occasionally due to us using third party couriers, so we are in their hands. After investigation it seems your package was delayed in their hub for a day. As you ordered through our website the order was picked up and processed once we were in the office the next day. The £10 delivery charge wasn't for a next day delivery, it is a standard charge applied to all orders which fall below a threshold.
We just wanted to give you an explanation of the issues you raised and it's always good to hear feedback to enable us to constantly try to improve our service.
Thanks again for taking the time to write to us and it was great to hear that you were happy with the item purchased. It's a shame the courier let us down on this occasion but we hope to serve you as a Tetenal customer for many years to come.
