My only drawback would be stock levels tend to be a little unreliable. But other than that everything is great and I will always use Tetenal.

I called the customer services department and selected the technical department. My query was answered quickly and fully by the technician Zakeer who helped me access the product I had been unable to locate. Brilliant and friendly service which has ensured two little girls will not be disappointed this Christmas. Thank you.

To good to be true... but it is.......!!!
At first I couldn't believe the prices and service being offered.
But I ordered the Epson P5700 after speaking to the team, who are very knowledgable, as the previous one I was going to buy wouldn't of worked for me. Anyway I ordered it on the friday and it turned up Monday.
Super quick delivery and amazing prices and services. 5 Star***

Epson SC-P5000 - Fantastic price and really helpful…
Fantastic price and really helpful sales team on the telephone. Arrived the next day as promised. The printer came with an extended 3 year warranty which Tetenal registered for me without being asked. All in all a great experience. Will certainly be going back to them in the future

Have being doing business with Tetenal for a number of years now and they have been excellent and accomodating suppliers for all my inkjet printing needs, including a recent 24" printer purchase that went incredibly smoothly (to Ireland!).
