We built the upstands to suit your drawings and the rooflights fitted perfectly and look excellent.
I would happily recommend these.

Great service from start to finish. The advice given initially was very easy to understand. Delivered on the date quoted at the time of placing order. The delivery driver waited patiently until we checked it.

Recently bought a Roof Lantern from this company. Estimated time of arrival was met, product was stunning. Sales office (Gavin) was always prompt when progressing the delivery and I would recommend the product and company to anyone.

We ordered a 3m x 1.5m capless roof lantern from Duplus and the product when it arrived was exactly what we were looking for; a simple, well-engineered glass feature that will allow light in from ceiling aperture. We did not want your standard Orangery-type roof lantern - with overuse of uPVC or aluminium support struts.
Duplus' capless roof lantern's lines are clean, simple and geometrically perfect for function. Basically just glass in a Triangular prism layout. Bang on.
They arranged a HIAB and a rigging system to hoist the glass into place over our rear fence and onto our rear extension.
They were on-site on time and from start to finish the installation process took 1 hour.
Worth every competitively-priced-penny.

Duplus were great to deal with through planning and advice.
The roofing contractors had the new lantern fitted in about 90 minutes and it dropped straight into place.
They were very impressed with the rooflight construction and ease of fitting to.
Cannot recommend Duplus highly enough ... and the lantern looks brilliant.

We were in the market for a rooflight for our extension and shortlisted a few manufacturers for a factory visit. Duplus stood out from the crowd offering the most honest and clear advice. The pricing structure was clear and fair and the friendly advice was most welcome.

The rooflight looks great and is the finishing touch to our project. 10 out of 10 Duplus, a great product at a good price. No hestitation recommending.

My purchase with Duplus was around the 10K mark. Their customer service is good, product are great. But be careful on their lack of QA. Compared to various other trades (bi-fold doors etc), they simply sent me instructions on how to fit. Unfortunately for me, my builders misunderstood a key point, which was the Kerb size needed. With a transaction of this size, it warrants an inspection, as per the bi-fold door company (who came out twice and based further away). The result - Duplus charged me £1300 pounds for re-delivery and storage after a further 2K rectification works.
So I would say, use them, but demand a visit to check your works, as it's not worth the hassle.

We recently purchased a roof lantern from Duplus and the lantern itself is of good quality, aesthetically pleasing and durable.
The only issue we had was trying to get hold of the technical team whilst wiring the roof lantern. We had a wiring diagram however it took a while to get the electric side to work and as the offices are closed from lunchtime onwards on a Friday and not available at the weekend it wasn't helpful.
Good product though, but would be better if there was a out of hours techie on the phone.
