We met Gavin two years ago at the Home building show and was happy with him and the product so when we finally got round to the part of the build where we wanted the roof lantern we contacted Gavin.
They was very good the delivery day they gave us when over a little bit but Gavin contacted us to explain.
Delivery day was good and it arrived on time in fact they was a little early but they waited for us and it was no problem.
We fitted the lantern two days ago and it looks amazing we are very happy with the product and service.

Great product. Just don't expect that they will always have a stock size ready on the shelf. They had to make one for me which left us with a hole for 2 weeks.

I ordered 2x 2000mmX1000mm roof lanterns, they arrived sighing 48hours with calls ahead from the delivery company.
Well packaged, they are now fitted and look great. Our builder said they are the best he has fitted.

Ordered 4x opening rooflights using web form. Delivery dates were not clear and quickly found I needed to speak to sales staff to organise deliveries when the implication was next day from stock. I should have known better but this actually did not hold up.

Because of staff absence (at a trade show) there was quite some confusion about electrical installation requirements when I asked for clarification, which was frustrating whilst we were planning for our first fix.

When units arrived quality was excellent and we are extremely pleased once installed.

There was a mix up with despatch of the switchplates which required some calls and more frustration whilst we had an electrician on site waiting for parts.

In the end a few months after install we found that one switch unit was possibly faulty and there was excellent support in terms of replacing this.

We are very pleased with the rooflights and they attract many positive comments. Despite of the issues we experienced I do feel Gavin at Duplus was on our side with support, so I would continue to recommend Duplus as a supplier for other projects!

Excellent Service, informed all the way process. Delivered promptly Product exceeded expectation.

Gavin at Duplus has been exceptional however he has had some difficulties to overcome for us most notably delays in receiving the switches from their suppliers for the motorised roof lights.

I would also say that the product is superb (esp as we were adamant on getting a single panel rooflight larger than most others would produce) however as Duplus specialise in commercial projects, organising fitting and how to fascia the upstands is not ideal.

Delivery was fast and easy to organise and when it was delivered the driver was both polite and ready to go the extra yards to ensure the rooflight was placed where it needed to be. The rooflight itself is well made and stylish and I'd have no reservation in recommending the company and product.

Having used Duplus Architectural previously many years ago for a rooflight that is still performing faultlessly.
I was very pleased to find that Duplus are still as good a company to deal with as ever; and the two new rooflights ordered were manufactured exactly to my bespoke kerb sizes. They were fitted in minutes also ,with the really easy capping/sealing system now designed.
They also allow in so much light...Great.

An excellent roof lantern, well made and dispatched as arranged. Great communication from the sales and technical team.

Very professional from the off. All communication was clear and accurate. The lantern is a lovely item delivered as organised at the prearranged time. My only issue was that the lantern was quite hard to manoeuvre through the front door through the house as rotating it changed the centre of gravity and that meant it was difficult to hold. Easy if held upright. It took 4 people to get it onto the roof. Very straightforward to fit according to our builder. The lantern looks really well and we are delighted with it. Would defo recommend.

Received 2 x new 30 deg roof lanterns they fitted like a glove and great quality thanks to Gavin and his team for providing a great product combined with a good technical support

From order to delivery all questions were answered promptly and fully by a single point of contact - Gavin.

The desired delivery date was met.

Quality of roof light is great and will order again in the future.

Great roof lanterns, glad we shopped around as the lanterns the roofer was going to supply were not as good as Duplus lanterns. Our roofers are impressed and are now going to use Duplus in the future. Jobs a good one! Thank you.
