Having researched the market for a super thin, contemporary framed roof lantern, I selected Duplus, and are extremely happy with the result.
The unit is very crisp, beautifully made, and very strong. Installation was a very straight forward.
From the initial interaction, through to the final order placement three months later, Amar and the sales team were knowledgeable about their product, happy to answer questions, and able to make suggestions for product selection and specification.
Questions were quickly turned around. Making payment was simple and straight forward with no hassle.
When it came to the delivery of a rather substantial unit, Simon and the warehouse team packaged and delivered on time, despite the fact the location was a 4 hour drive from the factory on a Saturday morning, and prior to this were able to answer the various queries that I had easily and with re assurance.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Duplus team for the quality and workmanship of their products.
To steal a quote, “This is not just a roof lantern. This is a British engineered roof lantern”

We bought 2 new roof lights from Duplus for our new extension and they look very smart. Good service from Duplus with detailed fitting instructions provided. Our carpenter fitted them with no problems.

The service has been from start to finish has been exemplary!!! If your looking for a roof light - your search stops here, don't look else where as the quality is far superior to all that i looked at. So easy to fit and all instructions for fitting were clear and simple to follow.A stylish and distinctive product i have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone.

Excellent buying process and lovely roof lanterns. However I was disappointed that when I asked the difference it wasn't made clear that if I chose the capped option they would sit higher off my roof on a sill which sadly does not give the effect I was looking for on the inside as there is considerable extra depth. I would have been willing to pay more to get exactly what I wanted. It would be useful to have this sort of thing explained visually in by pictures of lanterns in situ.

Gavin was really helpfully when making the order. I picked the my Lantern up direct from the factory, which was well packaged for transit.
The Lantern itself passed my expectations. I am really please with the service and Lantern.

The lantern unit we purchased was of excellant quality and the service from ordering to delivery was also excellant. Delivery was exactly as we planned it. My builder is recommending Duplus to another client as he was so impressed with the build quality & finish!

I recently used Duplus to supply our two roof lanterns, we have done extensive research into these types of lanterns different costs different companies in the end we decided to use duplus as they had the right design and style for the right cost, lead time was longer than we would have liked but the end result is we think the rooflights are extremely good,
