I've bought two Duplus roof lights, over the last couple of years, a shallow lantern and a flat fixed-light; the design and manufacturing quality are superb; the fittings and instructions supplied, as well as the service - from order to delivery - are all excellent. A really good well made product
A really good well made product.
Easy to install with all screws packers etc provided.
The delivery was excellent the driver was very helpful and careful with the product.
Some problems with the glass caused a delay.

If the glass doesn't meet our high quality standards, we don't expect our customers to accept it either. In such instances we request a new glass unit from our supplier which takes a short period to arrive. If this means that delivery is delayed slightly, we feel that although not ideal, this is the best solution for our customers.
