Excellent service and great products. I bought 3 roof lights from Duplus. The advice and customer support was first rate. Delivered as agreed. Look excellent installed. Motorised roof light works well, if a little slow to open /close.
A friend recommended Duplus, as he'd used them for a large lantern light. I'm glad he did.

The product
The product, a rooflight, seems very good and has been successfully installed by the contractor who recommended it. It's durability will become apparent over the next couple of decades though I'm sure it will be good.
Actually collecting it was a little more difficult in that I was directed by the business receptionist to drive and park between 2 factory buildings with big delivery vehicles and forklifts and then had to wander into one of the factories to find someone who could hand the roof light over! The people I actually spoke to in the business (apart from the person in reception) were very helpful.

The order was placed and the stuff came…
The order was placed and the stuff came in right on time and has been fitted but the builder said that though the instructions were lengthy, he had to make some adjustments to fit it to avoid problems later. It looks good. There is always a layer of dust clinging on the glass and does not wash off even when it rains so the amount of light in the room is affected by it. Not massively though but I thought it would have been glazed enough for it to remain clear all the time. It was fitted in the summer so we have a winter to get through and have to see if the double glazing is good enough to keep the cold out.

Rooflights
Living off the mainland ordering and getting 1m by 1.5 m roof lights presented delivery problems, the Guys at Duplus were very helpful and when I turned up to collect the Windows they were ready for my inspection. My roofer then took 3 months longer than expected to cover the roof so the Windows sat in the garden on their shipping legs. Finally got them on the roof today and they look fine and none the worse for sitting around waiting to be installed. Obviously I can't comment on durability in situ but so far the roof lights and staff have Duplus have exceeded expectations

Fixed Roof Light
Just wanted to thank you for the product you have supplied and the service that came with it. The builder was also very pleased, as the specification of the aperture and the installation instructions you provided were spot on. I am particularly surprised at how low the profile is and unobtrusive it is on the roof.

Best roof lights, solid glass and quality product.
Searched the net a thousand times over trying to get the mm correct and spacers and just wish I had found this company earlier.
I had my roof lights made a bespoke size and Gavin was really helpful and extremely patient with all my questions and with on going advice.
Great customer service and would thoroughly recommend.

Easy to order a roof light and speedy, if expensive, delivery. All in all it appears a quality product but at a premium price.

First class product and service
We took delivery of our Duplus sky lantern in the autumn and we are very very pleased with it. It was a custom size and Gavin was extremely helpful explaining how our builder should measure up and even spoke to the builder at one point.
The quality of the lantern is absolutely superb. It feels really solid, the glass is perfect and the finish is fantastic. You can tell that you’ve got a quality product.
We also bought three small sky lights for our garage and whilst yet to fit those, the quality is the same.
And when we managed to misplace the fixings, Gavin sent out a replacement bag by urgent delivery without any hesitation.
Couldn’t recommend Duplus more highly.

fantastic product
What can I say, we have just taken delivery and installed two 3mtr x 1.5mtr frame less lanterns and they are fantastic. Gavin was very helpful from start to finish and I would with out doubt recommend Duplus for all your roof lanterns and any other of there roof products.
