The receptionist was just rude and abrupt, she clearly doesn't enjoy her job and that's okay, find another one. Voiceover, changes from male, to female to a different male voice - what's that about!... See more

Cancelled
Went for my driving test yesterday morning after 1 hour in lesson, showed up and found out if got a text only 30 minutes before my test that it had been rescheduled, after the nerves and anticipation just to be told that it absolutely broke me and now i have to wait over a month to take my test when i’ve been ready for months already.
A little tip
I’ve just had a driving test at Hinckley. It wasn’t my 1st choice so not driven in Hinckley.
Good tip there is a road that turns to a no- entry, it’s obviously to check your reading signs. If your like me you see the sign are very confused & then see right turn you should take by which point too late a fail. Very annoyed with self
Best driving examiner in Luton Andy
I passed my driving test in Luton 29/01/24 8am , my examiner Andy was amazing and made me relaxed. he noticed I started singing a little just to make me feel less tensed and then he had a nice conversation once a while which help. I will give him a 6 star. Thanks Andy
Absolute joke!!
Going through small claims court and asking them to Look as a third-party at a video clip. That is one minute and 30 seconds long has taken almost 5 weeks to get a response back save your time. Pissed off is an understatement DVSA. Thanks for not looking .

He gave me 5minor fault for speed but didn’t mention for one time that why am I driving slow because I didn’t and he failed me without any reason.. I could have pass.
Mick from Sheffield Middlewood
I had my test with Mick, he was very polite and made me feel at ease, he made the experience very pleasant by making friendly chat here and there, this helped to reduce my nerves and eliminate any pre built up pressure, this made the rest of my driving test a relief, thanks Mick S.
Learn swift Leeds
I have recently passed my practical driving test in Leeds with Learn Swift driving school, Abdul. Honestly I can’t thank him enough for all his help and support. Fast and reliable responses when requesting sessions and a large amount of flexibility. He has a unique way of teaching with a structured plans to your lesson. He does not waste any of your time I felt like I would take a lot away each time I came home from my lessons. Thank you so much Learn swift!

Absolute disgrace of a test
Absolute disgrace of a test, failing young people for tiny mistakes, 17yr old been told by numerous instructors they don’t understand why he has been failed twice when can clearly drive and drive well.
Asking 17yr olds to keep paying over and over is a disgrace , absolute cashcow for bullying older people on a power trip

I had a wonderful experience with my driving examiner, Margret, at the Rotherham test centre. From the moment I met her, she put me at ease with her humble, lovely, and welcoming demeanor. I was very nervous at the start of the test, but Margret's friendly manner helped calm my nerves.
Throughout the test, she remained incredibly nice while also staying focused on evaluation. Her reassuring feedback enabled me to relax and show my full driving abilities. By the end, my initial nerves had disappeared thanks to Margret's professional but kind guidance.
I am thrilled to say I passed my driving test in the end! While my own preparation played a key role, I have Margret to thank as well for creating such a calm, comfortable environment. Her patience and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed. Her humble and welcoming personality shines as she administers the test. I couldn't have felt more at ease even while under pressure to perform. Thank you, Margret!
The DVSA are outrageously Corrupt
The DVSA deliberately avoid accountability. They are corrupt and steal money from the public by preventing learners from booking tests. Calendars are greyed out for months until theory tests expire, forcing customers to pay again to repeat them. The DVSA recently released more new rules to further extort from and defraud the public, introducing a 10 ten day rule, which they DO NOT abide by, meaning that learners who fail their practical test are not allowed to rebook again for 10 working days, yet after this period, learners are still prevented from booking. Now, the public are forced to pay extra to gain access to test cancellations. This is another money making scam by the DVSA. The DVSA also has a policy of refusing to respond to customer complaints for over two working weeks, further bringing forward the expiry dates of theory tests. This is also obviously deliberate to avoid accountability to antagonise the public. Furthermore, in another outrageous demonstration of their corruption and contempt, the DVSA enforce their unaccountability by rigging their so-called complaints procedure, since every escalation process has the same standard response at each stage, i.e. the Public Liaison Office specifically states that it has no powers, rendering their function as useless. The so-called "Independent" Complaints Assessor Administration,
Department for Transport has proven to be bias in favour of the DVSA, as a letter I received from them clearly states. It is also part of the Department for Transport, so it is pretty obvious that it is going to defend it's own corruption. In this letter, they state that "Learners who cannot find a suitable test centre have the option of choosing an alternative test centre. It is NOT unreasonable to expect a learner to do a test route they are NOT familiar with since they will have to drive on alternative routes when they pass". This contemptuous response from the ICA is a blatent defence of corruption since they know that learners are destined to fail their driving test if completed in another town/city they do not know, thus forcing them to repeat it again. In this letter, The Independent Complaints Assessor rather arrogantly referred to himself in the first person consistently throughout, eg. I, me, my, such as "I think, I feel, my opinion", demonstrating clear delusions of grandeur and ego. At every level, the DVSA steals money from the public and refuses to cooperate with the public to avoid accountability. Every driving instructor I have spoken to are also convinced the DVSA are corrupt. This is NOT merely an opinion. It is a clearly demonstrated `Fact' that the DVSA are corrupt and if the evidence were presented before a court, a judge would have to prosecute them.
Scam test- money maker
They just failed you for stupid reasons and dont matter if you can drive or not, its a scam made for the ppl who pay 1500£ in driving lessons in that area memorising the street and don’t really care how ppl actually drive , its a complete scam
Unfit for purpose
On the ground level, the examiners of the DVSA are professionals and courteous. At the higher levels this organisation is a complete failure. If you cannot meet demand for lessons and everyone is attempting to book a lesson months in advance, you are not doing your job.
Failing a driving test sucks, failing and having no idea when you might be able to take it again is unacceptable.
It shouldn't still be a problem 3 years later.
