Great company offering high end products for a really affordable price. I hope to buy more of their replica sabers in the near future.

Terrible saber company sent me a broken saber with the wires hot wired so that when you put any type of blade in it it would have burned out your blade I had to throw it out in my garage because it started smoking when I tried to turn it on this guy will send you a dangerous pipe bomb avoid it all costs It took me almost a year to get my money back and my bank had to threatened litigation against him.

There were a couple collective miscommunications on our part through the ordering process via email when I went to clarify what I wanted, and Brie has been so incredibly helpful about it. I am very pleased with the ultimate outcome of doing business together and can definitely vouch for the validity and care this company has despite some other reviews I've seen. Superb company to choose for your saber 💯

I bought a Luke Skywalker's lightsaber off of them at the Zolocon in Warminster Pennsylvania. The saber is very high quality and extremely durable. There are so many features to it like changing the blade color, changing the sound effects, and even playing a couple songs!! I also got a free Mystery saber with my purchase which is awesome!! Since it was the end of the day at the comicon they had ran out of saber blades, but that was fine because I was able to get in touch with there very friendly and understanding costumer service worker and I was sent my blade promptly. I am super happy with my purchase and experience, would definitely buy from this company again!!

These wonderful folks helped save my Blade cosplay at Fan Expo Philly in 2023 by creating a lightsaber sword. They are very communicative, respond quickly, and will do whatever they can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will always recommend them for your lightsaber needs.

Got display saber at a con. Emitter claw Broke within 2 mins of me (walking with it) couldn’t find the piece anywhere. I emailed them for help on getting a new piece and was okay with sending my saber back to get a new one. I know it was the display one at the con so it may have been held a bunch and got lose whatever. They told me to wait for a shipment on the piece. That was 3 months ago. I just wanted a nice looking saber to display and after spending 300 bucks on it I’m dissatisfied with the customer service and quality of my saber. Will update review if I ever get a response…
(((UPDATE))) after playing email tag for a day or two and me sending my address once or twice they insisted on me removing my review before they shipped my piece. That tells me all I need to know about this company. I’ve offered to pay for the piece and I’ve offered to even ship the current broken saber back nothing more I can do. Wanted this to just be a mix up but unfortunately I was screwed. Never buying from a con vendor again. Even China shops have better standards on Customer service.

Bought a saber from a comicon and have been very impressed! Customer service was solid and build quality was top notch! High recommend these folks.

Fantastic dueling saber. Coming in day 2 we bought a random saber blue saber and found out some pf them can connec5 to thers to make a dual blade! So cool!!!

Do not buy. You will get lead on by emails that you will get a tracking info soon when you ask for updates or a tracking numberm. But then get silence from them if you don't inquire about your purchase. I even had paypal contact them for no reply. Paypal refunded my money. Do not be scammed.

I ordered the Silent Slash and Mandalorian Mayhem lightsabers as a gift for my wife for our 15th wedding anniversary, "kyber crystal" and yes she brags about them still. While I should have ordered well before October the lightsabers arrived in time and were exactly what I expected! I did end up contacting DX Sabers for shipping updates, as I was cutting it close, and they were very responsive and helpful on getting me a shipping update. Based on my experience I would order from them again or in-person at an event.

Had difficulty in an initial order but was in constant communication with customer support until my issues were fixed love the sabers I received!!

Answered my questions on time. I asked about my broken lightsaber they gave me everything I asked for and now my lightsaber is on the way to being repaired!! Thank you DX sabers!

Very customer friendly, was willing to blow torch a part of my lightsaber fore movie accuracy. They offer lifetime warranties, and a mystery lightsaber upon purchase. All the other lightsaber vendors were overpriced and you only get 1 saber instead of 2.

These guys fixed my lightsaber when I thought it unfixable. Their kindness knows no bounds and they are truly one with the force (and technical experience). These guys will always be my go-to for all lightsaber needs.

I bought a set of sabers from this company back in November of 2023 at the LA Comic con. They told me it would be shipped out the next week. Then they promised it would be there a few weeks later. Then by Christmas. Then by new years. It’s March now and I still haven’t gotten my sabers or a refund.

They consistently lie and deceive when they tell me when they will get to me. I thought the company and its employees were honorable people, but I was so wrong. I feel disappointed in the trust I put in them and the LA Comic Con show.

I also feel so embarrassed that this company has to pay people to write good reviews for them. Hint: you wouldn’t have to if you were honest and actually stuck to your word.

Im ready to pursue legal action, please reach out to me if you have also been scammed and want to prevent this company from scamming many others in the future.
