The DynoRod Technician, Dean, rang prior to attendance to give us his estimated time of arrival as promised. He was courteous, helpful & professional & respected our property. He went far beyond our expectations ensuring our drains were running freely, it was a thorough job & he obviously takes a huge pride in his work. Having used CCTV to investigate the blockage he found tree roots to be the cause of the problem & although he was unable to cut through them with his equipment he was able to advise & refer us back to his office for further work to be done in the future. Jay was amazing. A big blockage in Victorian drains and a big backlog of waste. Cleared it quickly with a rod and pressure wash and cleaned up well. Friendly, courteous and professional throughout. Thank you!

Came out same day. Got it fixed in super quick time. Was told would ring within 30 mins of arrival and did. All excellent will use again if required. Could not fault.

Got told to pay upfront as we're a landlord which we did then the guy came out had a look said it was a two man job so we'd need to pay extra and said they'd be back on Monday and left. We rang again on saturday as the tenants are unable to use the toilet without the other one overflowing and were told no one is available to come out. What's the point in offering a 24/7 service if you don't actually have one. In the end we had to call another company and they came out, checked the pipe with a camera to see where the issue was and unblocked the pipe on their own, no second person needed.

Technician went above and beyond. He was communicative and relentless in chasing the issue. He gave helpful advice and was determined to see the job through. He fixed the issue and was determined to get it done and done right even when he could have left it as good enough. He was determined to do a job he could be proud to leave me with 10/10 can't fault.

Today is the second time I’ve use Dyno and have been very happy with the service. A quick response by the engineer was much appreciated.

Update

The office phoned me first thing in the morning the next day to arrange for another plumber to come out that day to have another look. This time the problem was sorted.

Came to unblock my toilet was ok when they left but was blocked again when I got back from work. After 6 years of living here with no problems, plumber said it might be the pipe from my sink blocking the waste pipe. Not covered by their warranty so I will have to pay another plumber to come out and look at the sink pipe
