Fantastic service from the moment I called the number.
Clear information, process and pricing given by the call handler and no pressure tactics used.
Saturday evening and a blocked drain/toilet - Paul the engineer was at my door within 30mins.
Totally professional, friendly and reassuring throughout.
He explained what had caused the issue with shown video footage from the camera that he used.
He worked super quickly, methodically and safely, covering the main drain immediately after accessing. At no point did he leave the main-drain/sewer exposed.
Left the working areas spotless- no mess, no issues.

Fast, friendly and professional service
Really down to earth professional bloke, after struggling for hours to unblock the loo I had to call the professionals in and before I could blow my nose he was done! The paperwork took longer than the actual job! Definitely recommend and will definitely be ringing sooner if needed again!

Made the call to Dyno-rod first thing in the morning and spoke to a super helpful guy called Fran! Told me he would get someone to me asap! Then got a call back from a guy called Dave who said he would be with me in 10mins and he was! Great down to earth guy and if it hadn't been for a badly maintained van job would have been done in half the time! Anyway all sorted and toilet waste gone! Take note people...toilet wipes and ladies stuff should not go down the toilet!!
