Sewage coming up out of drain
I had noticed sewage coming up through my drain so contacted my local council who put me through to their maintenance who contacted dyno rod they attended the same afternoon as rung he turned up very polite very informative and sorted the problem within an hour very professional

A very difficult leak
We had a very difficult leak to repair due to it’s location
very close to the concrete screed floor. Thankfully Scott
was sent to resolve our problem. He was brilliant and
approached and successfully completed the job in a very professional manner. If you should ever have the misfortune of finding a leak and Scott is sent to resolve it, rest assured that you will be in good hands.

Almost unblocked rainwater drains
They did everything they could in the freezing rain to try to unblock rainwater drains carrying junk from the road. The drains are certainly much better now. They made clear suggestions on how to investigate the cause of a remaining blockage.

Excellent service
We called Dyno Rod to fix a blockage in the upstairs plumbing. Tom came out first and was really helpful. He worked for hours trying to solve the issue and when he couldn’t resolve it himself, he ensured that someone else came out to fix it the next day. Carl and Sam came the next day and, again, worked extremely hard to resolve the issue. Not only was their workmanship of a very high standard but they were friendly, helpful and very polite. It is good to know that such a big company employs such lovely people. Thank you to Carl, Tom and Sam for their help.
