Dyno-Rod - Lincolnshire & Hull Reviews 

Great service from the time I called to fixing our blocked drain. Friendly, happy to work and explained what was he was doing and about our drainage system.

Called Dyno-Rod late on Sunday and the engineer was on site by 10am Monday. Rob was an absolute superstar. Could not have asked for more. Drains cleared and working and a secondary fault with the main sewer identified. That will give us time to tackle the relevant authority before the same thing happens again.

Got to say that the technician that came out (Mathew) was an absolute star and fixed things very quickly. However dealing with the call centre was a nightmare. Booked an AM appointment and they turned up a 17:55. Numerous calls to the centre to question this and they provided me with lots of false information and basically lied to me. Took a morning off work but ended up having to take the full day. Although Mathew was great, I wouldn’t use again as they are very unreliable

Alex and Kyle attended from 24 to 27th April 2024, they persisted where others had failed and despite Alex's equipment breaking down on the 24th. Kyle successfully cleared the blockage today (27th).

Both polite, helpful and great at communicating. Left the area clean and tidy.

Poor service on Wednesday 25th, let down despite assurances of a different engineer calling - honesty is the best policy; I would have preferred to know that a 2nd engineer couldn't call rather than being given false information.

Overall, I would use the services again, I would recommend to others and did find it good value for money

The blockade was cleared efficiently and I was able to see on the camera that the whole system was clear. It has put my mind at rest.

We had issues with our drains, the Dyno-Rod guy was really nice, polite and helpful. He found the blockage, not our fault, an issue from higher up the drain caused by another user. He was quick and efficient, got the drain clear and working again and gave us follow up advice too. It may be expensive as others have said but it was sorted in a matter of hours and without any fuss or issue. Thank you 😊

Some people say there expensive but it was worth every penny the blockage got cleared after 2 weeks of going back and forth with my plumber and other companies amazing thank you guys will always go back

i cant thank you guys enough Alex is now our hero he came in and worked so hard to unblock our drains and found the fault so we know what we need to do i will be contacting you this morning to get a qoute to get the real issue fixed that caused the blockage. he even cleaned everywere and left it smelling a lot more pleasant . it was an emergency call out which they dont charge an emegency fee it was just a fixed price with no hidden charges thanks again dyno rod and more importantly ALEX you was a proper star

Alex from your Lincolnshire branch is a real credit to your company. Very polite,professional and left my house cleaner than when he turned up . It was a difficult blockage but he persisted till it was all clear. I would definitely advise anyone to use Dyno-Rod rod.
