Needed a drain CCTV doing. Appointment easily arranged on phone. Price given before agreeing. Wayne and Jake did the work the day after. Pleasant and efficient. Let me know when they were on the way. Would be very happy to use company again.

Very happy with the service provided. The two work men contacted me 30 minutes before they arrived. They were very friendly and worked diligently until the task was completed. The booking process was easy. 100% satisfied and would recommend Dyno-Rod to all.

After suspecting something not right with the drains at my house I phoned Dyno-Rod. The engineer, Wayne, arrived at my house very promptly, and discovered a blockage. He worked very quickly and efficently and thankfully cleared the problem in a short time. I would certainly have no hesitation recommending Dyno-Rod to anyone needing drains unblocked. Thank you to Wayne and to the team at Dyno-Rod.

If there were 10 stars for this review it would go without saying. An ongoing saga of accountability for repairing a drain outside my home which is on a public footpath. Dyno Rod NE attended in February to free all drains surrounding property however one drain they were unable to address on public footpath, they advised to call Northumbrian Water. Northumbrian water were dismissive it was not their responsibility it was a private dwelling of one not multiple! 2 months on still trying to repair the drain I referred back to dyno rod who were willing to review the drain case once again for me as I was looking to get it repaired having been told it was my responsibility by Northumbrian Water. Within a few hours Graham The operations Manager had identified because they could not repair due to it being on a public footpath and Northumbrian water had already dismissed any accountability for it, he followed up calling local council Stanley who also were not taking responsibility for the drain, but gave a number to call, he then contacted further departments until Building Control at Durham County Council finally concluded their responsibility to repair/ replace the damaged drain. This which I have been managing for several years under the misguidance it was my responsibility!
And Still Not being able to repair it!
It transpires;
I dont need to, its not mine to do so!
Graham sorted that quandry out for me today and secured a track and code reference for the work services, reported to DCC for them to attend to it.
Call 03000 26 0000 if you have any drains on public footpaths that you need repairing dont be misguided by water boards.

Thank you so much Graham Operations Manager NE, in a world where nothing gets done: efficiently or effectively where noone takes any accountability, and normally becomes a deadend call; with grace and favour you have smashed all standards out of this world for me today.

You have restored my faith in lets get the job sorted attitude with an accountable result and it wasnt even your responsibility.

So I am forever grateful.

Fingers crossed the council will complete their work services without any time wasting follow ups.

Efficient repair carried out by two great professional and friendly engineers. Very clean and tidy workmanship. I would recommend Dynorod for any drain repairs.

The operative was very pleasant and friendly. He arrived promptly and cleared the drains very quickly and efficiently.

Barry the plumber called within 20 mins of initial request and arrived 25 mins later.
He cleared the blockage very quickly and power flushed the pipes.

The engineer did a really good job he checked and cleaned all my drains and made sure all my outlets were clear including my stack pipes leading to my toilet. But everything has now been cleared

Rang when he was coming he was there in sixteen minutes really helpful and friendly and the woman on the phone was really helpful and nice I would recommend this company if anyone needs any work doing.
