Hard to locate the leak which was under the driveway but the plumber never stopped working until it was found and repaired

Phoned them re a broken flushing mechanism for a toilet. They offered same day but I booked for next day. Plumber explained everything to me and efficiently solved problem.

Four time Coming in my house and Zero solution No experience

The plumber was prompt, identifying the problem quickly and executed a temporary fix in minutes. The quote for further work was very fair.

Excellent, excellent excellent. My issue started at 9pm on Friday with water pouring from cold feed, I isolated it, and started the dialogue with My Builder by 1pm Saturday afternoon my tap was replaced by Dyno Rod. They were Fast efficient, good communication and very competitively priced. Engineer called to advise he would be with me in 15 minutes and he was. Lovely young man, polite, left no mess. Definitely recommend

We have a home care policy with British Gas which covers plumbing and they booked Dyno rod in to come out to us in 1 week which was fine, but dyno rod then phoned us to say they could come today if convenient. The engineer ( I think he was called Max) was on time, polite, friendly and solved our problem brilliantly. Excellent service

Disappointed - Dyno-Rod rang us as part of the British Gas extended insurance on our central heating policy.
They were called to investigate and repair a leak under my wooden kitchen floor. Despite clearly explaining the issue, no proper inspection was carried out. The technician simply cut the flooring listened to the floor and guessed that’s where the leak is. No real effort was made to locate the source of the leak.
As a result, the problem was left unresolved and the only advice was the following,
Go out to the pavement and turn the main stopcock off when you don’t need water. There’s nothing more we can do and wait for a phone call from our office.
At 1.30am we tried to turn the main stopcock off but they had been upgraded under the network upgrade by Severn Trent Water to tough plastic. We required the tool plumbers have to turn the stopcock. So we admitted defeat and risked further damage to the kitchen flooring.
The following day (Saturday) after contacting British Gas we were told that the division we required from Dyno-Rod was closed until Monday!

The whole experience has left me frustrated, especially considering upto this visit we had had nothing but positive feedback for the company however this reputation is no longer our opinion. We expected a professional diagnosis and at least an attempt to fix the issue, but this did not happen.
I would not recommend and will never use their plumbing services again. AVOID at all times.
To prove they failed we called a local plumber in hoping they could help us as the flooring was completely soaked and had lifted the boards and damage was being caused to the joists. The plumber within one hour of arrival found a hole in the copper pipe, to fix a 1metre length of the damaged pipe was removed and replaced. This Dyno-Rod is what you call customer service and they were disgusted you left us in this position with the amount of damage that had been caused could of been stopped if your engineer showed any interest and you cared about your customers.
I’d give no star rating if I could.

Dyno was able to react quickly and help us out. The work was done quickly, professionally, cleanly and reasonably priced.

Phoned Dyno rod in the morning as my elderly Dad had a big leak from his stopcock. The lady on the phone said someone will be with you by 6pm. A guy called Alfie turned up 45 minutes later. He had a look gave us a quote & was able to do the job straight away. Really nice guy & did a great job. Will use them in future if needed.

The gentleman that came to fit my show was very friendly, cheerful and professional. He explained everything to me. He considered our needs with regards the height of the shower and explained the issues he had found at the back of the shower and rectified it. Very good service and on time, thank you

Great service from head office to engineer coming to house leak sorted in quick time and he fitted a new tap at a great price .clean tidy job as well.

The engineer was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to listen and investigate our issues and then patiently explained the problem to us and how to resolve it. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently and made sure we understood how everything was at the end. He was very friendly, neat and polite and I would highly recommend him in the future.

The plumber who attended today was very polite and informative. I required a part which was not on the van. They located the item and proceeded to collect and returned within a short period of time. Completed the job to a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend the service

Hard working plumber

I rang Dyno Rod as part of the British Gas site, following a very poor service from my insurance company. A few hours after the call the plumber arrived, after 15 minutes he had fixed the leak and re instated our hot water after three days being off. I am really pleased with the great service received, wish I had spoken to them 3 days earlier
