Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Liverpool Reviews 

Just had Dyno Liverpool do a very awkward job. We discovered a burst pipe under the floor on Sunday. An engineer came out on Monday and repaired it. Unfortunately the lead pipe burst further away from the repair that night and so two more engineers attended on Tuesday 25th Feb. Lee Martin and James Merry were wonderful. They took up the floor and discovered this new burst in a very awkward and tight space. They repaired the entire piece of pipework and did a fantastic job. Both very polite and professional as was Mark the previous day. Very grateful to Dyno Liverpool for the service we received

So far so good. Fabulous service at 6am for an emergency leak. Plumber round 15 minutes after my call. Ashley was great. Put my mind at rest. Told me what to order and a new day repair guy James came round. So kind, and helpful. I'm hoping the leak is a thing of the past. Fingers crossed. Such a great service I signed up for plumbing cover. Totally at odds with the no replies, no interest, no availability from one man bands. There's a reason they are a Which? Tradespeople of choice. Marvellous, felt like a comfort blanket. Well done all. Thank you.

Good response time and thorough repair

Shane attended our little estate, initially yesterday but had to return this morning with a colleague (unfortunately I don't know his colleague's name). They were both brilliant - friendly and respectful while doing an excellent job. I'd love them to know how much their efforts and attitude were appreciated! :o)

After days of trying to get a local plumber out to unblock our toilet. I booked Dynorod online the night before and Andy came round the following morning at 9am. I wished I booked Dynorod in the first place! Andy was brilliant, really friendly and solved the blockage in no time. He cleaned up well and was a real lifesaver! I was pleased with speed of response and your timekeeping. The toilet was replaced ok but left me with a tricky tiki problem.

From start to finish couldn’t fault you! From booking a slot on line to getting the work completed - absolutely faultless. Great team, great customer service, great communication. Wish we had gone straight to British Gas/Dyno plumbers instead of wasting time using checkatrade.

When contacted Dyno were able to offer a convenient appointment time.
The plumber that came was very personable, efficient and gave a clear explanation on what he was doing.

Contacted through British Gas as part of homecare contract. Engineer came next day and was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Was able to offer a choice of mixer taps. Job sorted, would use again.

Expensive but the quickest and least hassle solution to the problem. Would happily use again.

Due to it probably not being done correctly the last time they did it, as British Gas Homecare customer we are forced to have these guys out again to do a power flush. Everything appeared to be going well, arrived on time (arriving at all is a bonus), seamed to be working hard, one of the connectors on the radiator did burst and leaked, but was quickly resolved, its along time to stay in all day 9am - 5pm, But then he was finished, heating was on and working. Happy days you might think?, wrong. Merely minutes after he left, there was a loud clattering of pipes / thud, so I ran out the house to try catch him leaving, he was just pulling away as wasnt happy I stopped him, he came back in and just had a look at it and said it was fine, just air in the system moving. The boiler is now shut down with and error code F.72 we have NO hot water and NO heating, which is almost identical to when they last visited us and we where left without heating or hot water for 4 days in the depths of winter. Are all your engineers really that inept? that they break the boiler system every time they power flush a property? so now my 72 year old disabled mother has to go a 2nd night without heating or hot water in the hope that it will be fixed by a British Gas engineer,
how can I give anything more that a 1 star review?
