Excellent and considerate work
I was extremely impressed with the service provided. They came to assess the job on the same day as I requested a visit. I thought there was a slow leak in a waste pipe so was keen to get it investigated. After initial survey they said they could do the investigation now. They followed a very sensible process, explaining every step, and the price structure. Within the hour they had investigated from different locations, but found no leaks. Then they discovered a mouse nest, which they concluded was the source of the smell and the stain in the ceiling. Not nice. Even though it was not within their remit, they removed the nest and set up some mouse traps that I had. They tidied up as well. Also, with the cutting into the plasterboard that was required, they did the minimum needed and did it neatly and as hidden as possible. Overall I would rate them very highly: professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and good at communicating clearly.
