Called out through British Gas with a hot water issue. Cause found and hot water restored. Very helpful engineer. This issue meant we needed a new shower fitted. A lovely new shower fitted and wonderful service from both the plumber and the team on the phone.

My only complaint was I had to pay British Gas £60 to get them to call out Dynorod who they own the I had to pay Dynorod as the repair wasn’t covered under the home care package my issue is with British Gas when they say home care it should cover all plumbing

Stephen visited re mums leaking tap. He was superb with my 91 year old mum. Explained things clearly. Conducted the job very professionally. Really pleased with the end result, new swivel tap working well.

Local plumber let us down twice and didn’t turn out on two occasions, rang Dyno-rod and they came the next day and sorted issue for us, thank you. I thought price was reasonable, they charged £80 hour for labour.

The plumber called me within the time slot to advise when he expected to arrive. He arrived within his estimated travel time. Assessed the job and quickly completed the fix. Was all done in 40 minutes. All the time he was friendly and considerate. Couldn't ask for more

Just had a new pump fitted to a power shower that was outside the scope of my british gas cover. Plumber was pleasant and professional and job was sorted on the spot even though he had to go out to buy the pump. Not a cheap job but old shower has got a new lease of life

Rang this morning because of seized mixer tap. Anthony arrived this afternoon (rang 20 mins before to say he was on his way) and problem solved! Very polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Booked on Sunday evening, arrived promptly Monday morning, quote was less than anything I had received via checkatrade the week before and there was zero pressure given to do the work immediately (despite being a very small job). However, they were able to get it done there and then. Work was completed in no time at all. If I had one criticism it would just be that I would prefer not to pay using a card over a phone. A bank transfer or the ability to pay online would have been nice.

Over the past three years we have had leaks at intermittent times through the ceiling in various places, not causing real damage and we did not know the source. This last time we decided to have it investigated. Dynorod responded the same day and the plumber spent a while identifying the different problems. Then he spent 3 hours fixing the toilet, radiator valves and resealing the shower . He came back the next day to check it was ok.
Very efficient service and a polite plumber.
