I had jobs done back in mid Aug that we had put off. They were done well, very professional, experienced, wore a mask. Would recommend.

We had a radiator fitted, fast and efficient service.
We then developed a leek from the pipes going into the radiator. Dyno rod sent out 2 guys later that day, who were really efficient, friendly and sorted the problem quickly.

Great service - we had a leak from our cold water tank. The first chap came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue, and a new cold water was ordered and fitted first thing the next day. So far so good, the issue looks to be sorted and the problem was caught just in time. Many thanks.

I was able to make an appointment quickly and the plumber explained the problem - a faulty pump - clearly. He was able to give a quote for replacing the pump on the spot and returned within a week to do the job. I know my house (built in 1890) has complicated plumbing but the plumber knew what he was doing and worked efficiently with minimum disruption.

Chris identified the problem, a failed shower pump. He arranged a replacement, collected it, and fitted it within a couple of hours, on the same day. From reporting the problem via B.Gas insurance to problem fixed, was less than 24hrs.

As part of our British Gas contract Dyno visited to investigate an issue with a shower pump. They diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote to replace the pump. We accepted the quote and they ordered the part, The part arrived next working day and they rang to arrange installation which they were able to do on the same day. So all sorted very quickly and efficiently - excellent service.

First engineer arrived on time yesterday. Friendly and polite. Told me what was going on and that a new rad will be ordered.
Received a phone call today, surprised me by saying the rad was ready, and could the engineer come round today.
Again friendly and polite. Also the lady on the phone was very polite and friendly.
Overall the experience with Dyno was superb. Thank you very much.

I phoned at 3pm and the new tap was fitted by 6pm. Remarkable service and it was made very clear what I would pay. Not cheap but these guys are very competent and backed up by a big team.

Chris had to come out twice to deal with a leak in downstairs toilet. On his first visit he identified the problem and ordered a new cistern for toilet. 2 days later he returned to fit the new cistern. Chris fully explained the procedure and was very knowledgeable . Very polite and a lovely chap, would definitely use dyno plumbing again.😊

The young man who arrived this morning had a thorough look at the issue, explained the situation and what he would do to try and resolve it. As he left the property the toilet was working, fingers crossed that it lasts.

Great service. Engineer came on-time to fix the problem and was very polite and neat.

We have had a longstanding leak on our central heating system. Eventually discovered two leaking pipes in concrete floor. Dynorod engineer Lewis came out several times and perserveered until the problem was fixed. Dynorod Oxford have been brilliant all the way through helping to fix a very elusive leak. Great customer service from Kirsty Jaime and Lewis during a very stressful time. Highly recommended 👏
