Ryan from dyno rod plumbing came out and sorted my leak after 6 different people couldn’t, he even managed to calm me down as I was stress about my leak and talked me through everything he did , credit to the company I really wish all workers were as good as him

Had Robert and Ewan out to replace basin clickers. Both were pleasant, professional and efficient and left the job areas tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend the company and the plumbers.

Excellent service- the blockage was difficult to locate but the engineers were able to clear the blockage and the charges were reasonable.

Absolutely the worst service had in last 30 years, terrible customer service and experience. Still not got further with part or date for shower hit water fix from visit in January then another different plumber in March. Neither gave office quote details, and I've been emailing and calling office without any update, call backs. Seriously don't want my business. I'll not be renewing my British gas service cover, its fair enough if something not covered but not fair when you have to chase multiple times to get this sorted and happy to pay for it but still no updates. Take this as an official complaint, waiting on fixing hot water since end January and service been pathetic.

Helpful guy, showed us everything on the cctv so we could plan how fix our pipes long term. He didn't rush away and made sure everything was running as it should.

Knowledgeable and reliable service by Dyno plumbing engineers. Covid friendly work done by engineers who respected our property and explained all the work which was carried out. Our shower is now in good working order.

Mark solved our long term heating problem and also installed three new radiators for us. Very knowledgeable, hard working, conscientious, ethical person who was here early and didn’t leave until the job was completed. Would highly recommend.

Booked an appointment at 8pm last night and Peter was here at 12pm next day. He did a fantastic job and was really friendly. Excellent value for money.

Charged £145 for a 25 minute look over my toilet, Guy even said the office should have said there is a minimum charge which they never did, vastly overpriced for the work involved - won’t be using again as very annoyed at their pricing structure. Nothing against the guy who came out it’s the price structure that’s a joke

Polite, efficient engineer who cleared the problem, which was a big job! Explained the problem, offered advice and gave time for questions with no rush, and not to pad out the time. Very happy with the service and results.
