We ordered leak detection inspection…
We ordered leak detection inspection and had to wait almost a week.
After that period dyno rod sent us a plumber to stop the leak that was already stopped while contacting them.

We had an emergency call out due to a…burst pipe/no water
We had an emergency call out due to a burst pipe in a very difficult to access location, isolated leak, so we had no water. Carl kept us posted prior to arrival, assessed situation & immediately got to work. We couldn’t be more grateful for exemplary engineers like Carl that are exceptional, diligent, respectful, hardworking, fix everything with a positive mindset. Our plumber, Kevin Reeve, did a great job in repairing our leaky toilet. He worked non-stop for three hours to get the work completed. He was also a nice guy.
