Great service and the plumber was very pleased and went through costs and why in detail

My latest experience went with a bumpy start. I requested for a new tap and a quotation, they sent somebody who failed to notify me they were there. And simply left the company card through the letterbox. I got back to them complaining about it; they send me Adam O'Donnell, who nicely helped me pick a new tap. Then arrange a booking; but failed to properly put it in the system. So on the day for when I was expecting him with the new tap, which was today set for this morning, he failed to arrive. So I contacted them to enquire on when he was to arrive. They checked to notify of his mishap, and arranged to send another plumber who brought me a new tap. Not the one I had ordered, but a more expensive one at no extra cost. Which I'll take as by way of an apology. A well as installing me a new plug. I paid out in cash, and the plumber was without change -even though I had forewarned I'd be paying in cash. But I won't begrudge him an extra £2, given I was being installed a better tap than what was agreed. So I won't review them too harshly this time round, by awarding them a three in taking into account of it having not gone smoothly. But had ended with a satisfactory result.

Excellent engineers to replace

The engineer arrived early, explained clearly what he was doing at each stage in the process, and was very thorough. He solved what was clearly a difficult problem.

The engineer was excellent, he explained everything that he was doing , and on completion he cleaned up.

Friendly, cheerful engineer who dealt with our heating and water issues efficiently and calmly. Laid carpet protector to look after our new carpet on the stairs and left the area clean and tidy. Thank you ☺️

Having a 180 litre tank replaced is no small job, weighing a minimum of 75kg done on one of the coldest days of the year. However carpets were protected , shoe covers worn basic checks done to make sure we had enough stored water before shutting down and Chris simply got on with it not stopping for 6.5 hours before checking everything , instructing on changes, cleaned up , absolutely no mess remained before wishing me a good weekend and leaving. The model professional service as expected and beyond

Freezing outside, cold and damp cellar but total commitment to getting CH pump replaced and working. Problems with pipes and wires but stayed on job into the evening. Really professional. Very grateful.

A dry pleasant plumber who replaced my radiator and got my hot water back in my en suite but left with my radiators in the en suite not working said they may come on but if not get back to them and they will come out again.

I unfortunately had a leaking pipe in a very hard to reach position behind a hot water cylinder. However the plumber who came was able with great difficulty to make a repair.
He left my property only for me to find another leak. I was greatly relieved that he returned immediately and was able to repair the second leak.

The engineer was determined to solve a problem that had remained unsolved since 2018.
Using his knowledge and showing outstanding persistence he was successful, I am pleased to say.
