Made an appointment and the response was rapid. Dyno-Rod arrived and after a thorough inspection established that the main sewer was the problem. The engineer advised us to contact Southern Water and supplied contact details. All help given through professional courtesy and at no charge.
Our drains was clear the same afternoon after Southern Water’s intervention.
I can vouch for the professionalism, commitment and customer care of Dyno Rod as being exemplary.

Blocked toilet cleared in short order, within 4 hours of my calling. Toilet cleaned too, which I was not expecting but was very welcome! Dyno-rod aren't the cheapest, but worth the money for reputation and peace of mind.

Brilliant service and excellent advice from Glyn Davis, who quickly resolved a blocked drain at our communal property. The price was very fair too, especially as other drain companies had quoted us up to £300. Highly recommended.

Joey came to inspect our blocked outside drain which was flooding our garage. He found the root of the problem after a few minutes and cleared the blockage and tested it to make sure. What I really appreciated is that he explained what had happened and what I need to do to stop it happening again. He was kind to my daughter who asked 100 questions and he charged me a fair price taking into consideration the time it had taken him to clear the blockage. Thank you, an Excellent service 5 stars 🌟

They are absolutely useless.

I paid Dynorod £250 for an emergency callout, to fix a drain blocked with limescale.

When they arrived he found the problem with a camera in a horizontal pipe, but said he couldn't remove limescale in horizontal pipes, as they don't have the tools and Dynorod don't have insurance to remove a toilet for access.

In order to fix the problem, I had to employ a local tradesman, who did the job in under an hour.

Nick came out and cleared our drains. We are really carefully what we put down our sink but it had so much fat down there in great big chunks. Nick did an absolutely first class job.

Was straightforward and easy to call and book an appointment and they were clear on cost.
Engineer was really friendly and personable and fixed the blockage in minutes

We had an emergency toilet blockage. The engineer Iain Williams arrived within 3 hours of my online booking and was very efficient and helpful. We only have one bathroom so he saved us having to stay in a hotel overnight.

Quick to respond, quick to attend, polite, efficient and courteous.

First time I have used them and would certainly recommend them. Excellent service, very polite and helpful young man, everything cleaned up, great job.

But a day later.
We received an invoice. Even though we had only asked for a free quote.

The guy that came out was excellent, he had been with Dyno-rod for over 25 years and his experience outstanding.

The job he came out too was pretty complicated with us being on a septic tank, after a lot of diagnostic he knew exactly what the issue was and rectified the issue in under an hour. I would highly recommend Dyno-rod, not the cheapest but the most thorough.
