recently had an engineer come to my home to install a surestop piping system, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. The quality of the work was excellent. The pipes were installed neatly and securely. Thanks Engineer “JED”

In all, I wasted 3 days leave from work waiting for an engineer, and my husband wasted one day of his.
I have 4 pages of texts from the Chippenham office telling me he was on his way. Countless phone calls from me asking where he was? I was told, on the 16th April, he'd been and gone. The office almost called me a liar and that he had called but nobody was in. They said the house number the engineer took was the correct one but turned out it wasn't even my house. One office member called Mark or Matt was especially rude. One of the many times I rang nobody spoke but the staff were laughing in the background. I have never know anything like this.
On the last day the engineer finally appeared late afternoon. He apologised that he had gone to the wrong address on the 2nd day of us waiting. He, however, was very good at his job. The office staff need to get a grip and make sure the engineer arrives at the right house. Basic.

Mat was polite and helpful with his advice ,and he arrived in the time he said he would, plus he did his job in a good time.

Called Dyno-Rod due to blocked drains. Had follow up drain survey by engineer Mike Gibson. Mike completed the survey, detected the problem and referred to Severn Trent who attended within 3 days. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful

I texted the website at 7.00am with a non urgent requirement. Someone from the office called at 8.30, the technician called at 8.50 and arrived at just after 9.00. All unblocked and jetted by 10.00. Great service and communication.

We had a problem with our toilet waste not draining after flushing, so called for an engineer. Call was made Thursday am, we were told the engineer couldn't come until later that afternoon. As we only have 1 loo in the house, it wasn't ideal! Two engineers arrived at 4pm. Tried to clear the blockage, which was apparently caused by limescale build ups over the years. They tried with their equipment but it wasn't working. They said the company would have to send an alternative engineer on Friday morning. Leaving us overnight without a toilet. I had already struggled being at home without facilities all day, (husband had at least been at work). My sister put us up overnight.
Next morning, the new guy arrived and spent nearly 2 hours clearing limescale. Said if we wanted it the pipes to be completely pristine, he would be longer. Or he could clear everything and get as much out as possible. I said as long as it was usable and able to last for a few more years. So that is what we opted for. Fast forward to Sunday (less than 2 days later), the water started being slow to drain after flushing. So we have called the company back, to fix the problem. They can't come out until Monday, between 8am and 6pm. I didn't go for the one star option, as the engineers were polite and seemed professional.

Great service. The plumber called me with the price and what time he would arrive. Used protectors on his shoes and tidied up after he was finished. A quick and easy job and great advice. Thank you

Dave Dobbie came to solve a blue hue to the water from the cold water tank. Was extremely thorough, informative and polite. Only challenge is that we need to revisit as we still have a slight consequential issue..not Dave’s fault but we ran out of time. Additional star dependent on Dyno rebooking to solve the final consequential issue.

Yesterday, I found my drain completely blocked, spilling out sewage near my back door. I called domestic and general who insures my water, roof etc and less that 12 hours later, Kev from Dyno Rod, came all the way from Edinburgh, some 60 miles away to Northumberland, my home and cleaned out a totally blocked drain. He let me know in advance when he'd be st my home and got to work straight away, What a gem! He couldn't have been nicer, more pleasant, more helpful, more efficient! Can't get over how quickly my home was back to normal . Thank you, Kev. Thank you Dyno rod. Highly recommend.

Cameron from Dyno plumbing came on a Sunday to sort out a leaking toilet. Very professional and made sure all the part are working. Went above and beyond the call out service to make sure all fixed properly. Thoroughly recommend

5/5 - Hot water cylinder replacement by Dyno-Rod
Kai and Connor recently replaced our hot water cylinder and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both were great lads with brilliant personalities - professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have in the house.

Special mention to Kai for how organised and efficient he was throughout. He covered all the main carpet areas around the airing cupboard with waterproof covers without even being asked, and both Kai and Connor wore shoe covers inside. You can tell Kai clearly enjoys his job. He took real care and time to complete a very professional job, explaining everything as he went.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely, yes. In fact I’ve already asked Kai to come back and replace some taps for us.

Called these guys out after I had water pouring out of a bathroom pipe they came with in an hour they got the problem sorted out very quickly. the plumber was also very good and friendly attitude so wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Great service from Chris. We had a totally blocked and overflowing manhole(disgusting)! He unblocked it and cleaned everything and the patio. Friendly and professiinal.
