Absolutely perfect service!
I ordered an LD MEI100G2 in ear monitoring system from EAV. I was drawn to EAV because they were the cheapest I could find. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the item was exactly as described and arrived very quickly and well packaged. I can't say enough good things about this company, you will be in safe hands with them! Thanks for everything guys!

Brilliant customer service
EAV were very helpful in our efforts to choose a new PA system for our church. Their recommendations were excellent and the HK Audio speakers sound superb. Bought an LD Systems in-ear monitoring set from EAV. They were best on price, and a voucher code improved their price even further. Delivery was prompt.
Acid test literally came when a faulty battery leaked into the belt pack. Shortly after I reported this to them, EAV dispatched another unit without needing to be asked.
I'll be back when I need more gear, and thanks for the excellent service.

Perfect customer service!
Amazing to deal with emailed them one day. received telephone voice mail and email back the next day and item arrived the following day. The personal touch makes you feel a very valued customer. Would recommend to everyone. Wish all other companies could offer this level of service. Scoring 11 out of 10.

good service, but lack of delivery information
The order was easy to complete the price was competitive, however l was told delivery was to be up to 5 days, which was fine with me but l was given no tracking number.
The order arrived the next day, which was wonderful service but as we had not been advise there was no one there to receive it, a card was left with options for re-delivery, again this was fine
I decided the most convenient was to go to the depot and pick it up, but the next day re-delivery was attempted and the parcel left with a neighbour

Good service and great price!
Whilst I found the product I was after on Amazon, EAV were £90 cheaper (£250 instead of £340) so decided to give them a go. Although they weren't in stock, they kept me updated on when stock would be available and when I could expect my delivery, including when a delay occurred from their first estimate. I'd be more than happy to use them again. 4 stars is because site didn't make it clear they were out of stock on the item.
