I was looking for a (possibly more but one to start with) Wireless In Ear Monitor system and ended up on the EAV website looking at the LD Systems MEI 100G2. I had a brief chat with Jonathan online and, when things started to turn a little technical, he called me direct to have a conversation in person. His advice made a lot of sense and there was no pushing for me to make a purchase or to buy a more expensive unit - I genuinely got the sense that here was someone who knows his products and was anxious to help me make the right choices based on my particular needs.

In the end, I ordered a unit and Jonathan promised to get it in the post to me that afternoon.

The package arrived the following morning and I unpacked it to give it a quick test. All works fine - the only minor issue being that the adapter unit is a European plug rather than UK. But before I had chance to contact EAV I received a call from Jonathan, explaining that the unit had been sent out with the wrong power supply, apologising profusely and promising that there would be one in the post this afternoon.

I always measure a Company by their actions when there are problems and in this case I can't fault EAV at all. OK, the unit was sent with the wrong plug. It's not the end of the world and mistakes can be made - but what impresses me is the proactive response once they'd realised the error.

I buy a lot of things online (don't we all nowadays) and too often it's a faceless transaction where there's no sense of service. Too often we have to rely on review sites, forums and the like to get a sense of whether the tech we're thinking of will do the specific job we want it to do. So to find a website that has real people behind it, where you can interact with a real human who obviously knows his stuff and to deal with a Company who respond to issues proactively and positively - that's a rare find and EAV have just been added to my bookmarks.

I will buy from EAV again without a moment's hesitation

I need a new amp mixing Desk and I found one on EAV's site at an extremely competitive price. I ordered it but the one I wanted was out of stock. EAV called me and found a replacement and this was delivered free within 4 days. An excellent service in my opinion.

Was able to use the chat facility to interact with Jonathan prior to placing the order. We got a call from him the next day to clarify some info regarding the order and we received the equipment within a couple of days after that.

The web-site was easy to follow so I quickly found exactly what I wanted.

The items were dispatched immediately and I received the delivery in just three days.

I highly recommend the company to anyone who requires good quality audio equipment at a very competitive price.

Needed to down-size my PA for smaller venues and found these active speakers at an excellent price. I'm a solo singer and the sound these units produce is very good, given their size and cost. They are plenty loud enough and provide a good clear overall sound. Many thanks to Jonathan at EAV for his help and advice and first class service.

I was contacted regularly to keep me up-to-date on the status of my order, and the team were very helpful on adjusting delivery addresses after I had placed my order.

I would highly recommend the company (and will use again myself). I wish I could give a 4.5 star rating, as the only thing that prevents a full five-star rating? It wasn't 100% clear on stock availability and one of the You Tube videos on the product page kept coming up as Private, so I couldn't watch the review.
