Jonathan made sure that we got the sub-woofer we required the next day by arranging to have it drop shipped direct from Yamaha. All arrived in time for our weekend gig and the price was excellent.

First time I have used E-AV and was impressed with the service I received. Plus they had what I wanted in stock and it was delivered for a fair price next day.

Unlike some other online music stores, my replies and queries were dealt with straight away either be email or telephone. Really pleased with my transaction and would definitely shop there again.

I would always recommend using E-AV to anyone looking to update their sound system. We recently used E-AV and dealt with Jonathan who advised us every step of the way and never tried pushing into selling anything that we didn't require which ordinary retailers always try to do. He was polite and I really appreciated his quick and fast response to my emails and calls. The equipment arrived safely and everything was in order. I wish them all the best in their business. After finding a great deal on a small mixing desk through EAV a fault appeared after a few weeks. The company arranged for pickup, and a refund or exchange was offered (The product had been discontinued so a straight replacement wasn't possible). I was impressed by the no-fuss approach and rather than take a refund, the company was able to get hold of another mixing desk from another manufacturer which I'm very happy with.

Can't praise EAV Pro enough for their help & advice in the upgrading of our Church's radio mic installation, (many thanks Jonathan). We preferred not to go down the licensed route if possible due to costs and eventually decided on an eight mic racked Line 6 2.4GHZ set up. This system was firmly put to the test during our Sunday School's Nativity yesterday and passed with flying colours with our congregation saying how refreshing it was to hear everything spoken by the children. Thanks again guys for all your help and for providing customer service at its best.

I used the online real time messaging to chat to someone there, they advised me they had stock and it was brand new.

I then ordered online, it arrived 2 days later. Perfect.

It was also the lowest price when I searched using Google Shopping. I'll always check here again for future gear purchases.

Bought a Yamaha Stagepas 500 from these guys....not only was it the best priced system on the net they kept me fully informed about when it would be delivered (which by the way was amazingly speedy). I cannot criticise EAV at all....first rate....thanks guys

Had trouble ordering due to security restrictions with my card which is nice to know but did cause some distress, however a brief chat with the chap at EAV soon made me feel wholesome again! His advise and a word with my card people led to a successful order with immediate despatch. Really can't fault them and the price was extremely competitive. Well done EAV I will be back..

This company will take the time to advise you on the suitability of products you plan to order and are honest about telling you whether they have the gear in stock. In my case I ordered just after midday on a Monday and was told EAV didn't have the radio mic in stock but Audio Technica had plenty available, so I was surprised to receive the equipment either the next day or the day after - very good considering it was FREE shipping. With unbeatable price, honesty, good advice and fast delivery I can see myself ordering more gear from EAV in the future.
