I have used E-AV three times now, received first class service everytime!

The mic system we bought has been perfect for our purposes and I have no criticism of either it or the service we got from EAV

I have dealt with E-AV on two occasions recently and, not only do they provide extremely keen prices, but they also do this is a most professional manner together with being very approachable. Their staff appear to be very knowledgeable in the equipment they sell and are always willing to advise and encourage/discourage as necessary.
The goods are delivered on time and well packaged by courier. Both of my orders were delivered within a few days.
I have no hesitation in recommending E-AV.

E-AV dealt with the order professionally and gave me the information i needed to select the correct frequency for the wireless radio mic that wouldn't compromise UK licensing. The mic duly arrived despatched by Sennheiser directly and included a free e835 wired mic which turned out to be due to a promotion that Sennheiser were running. The mic tested perfectly.

I experienced great service from EAV. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was expeditious. I would happily trust EAV in the future.

Ordered a radio mic Monday afternoon, shipped Tuesday, received Wednesday morning - at an excellent price with free shipping. Jonathan very helpful with technical advice over the 'phone (and you get straight through without pressing multiple buttons and listening to awful music!).

Brilliant service from this company I just picked at random from a Google search. I needed some PA items at short notice and used their chat line to check the products I wanted were in stock - and they were. I was prepared to pay extra for next day delivery (which was not advertised as an available option) but was delighted to be offered it free anyway as I was buying several items. No need for Google any more as I've got EAV in my favourites box for future use. Well done EAV!!

Bought four radio mics from EAV, which despite not being currently stocked in the uk were quickly ordered. two units arrived speedily but the other two appeared lost in transit. A message to EAV on the website resulted in a call within the hour, new units were dispatched and arrived in a day or so. Nice to see a company that values your custom. thanks

I always look for the best deal from a financial point of view and Jonathan always tries his best to accommodate me. I would recommend E-AV to anyone who needs a swift and reliable service.

they sent what I asked for. they were polite. there was no invoice in the parcel it came later by email.

Bought an LD Systems MEI100G2 in ear monitoring system, excellent unit, well pleased.
Eav Pro Audio & Video supplied, on-line ordering and delivery was excellent and price of unit very competitive, would purchase from again.

Friendly and accurate advice from Jonathon when I phoned to check availability for my order. Goods arrived following day, well wrapped and at best price I could find it on the internet!

Was looking for a cheap & cheerful mic with XLRM/XLRF cable included - used the online chat to home in on the ideal item from the Sale List. Also needed a delayed despatch date to ensure that it arrived after my return from holiday - all done with no problems at all !!

I am a vocalist in a rock band, and have shopped with EAV a few times now. They have excellent customer service, with both an easily accessible online shop (with fantastic delivery times), and a great warehouse outlet if you want to pop in. They have been helpful when discussing possible purchases, are competitive when it comes to price, and respond promptly to email correspondence.

Through no fault of their own, some of my purchases equipment developed a fault, and they dealt with the replacement procedure swiftly and without any hassle.

Overall, very impressive and would recommend to anyone looking to kit themselves out with any form of sound audio equipment!
