This is my second purchase from EAV and to be honest I wasnt sure what I wanted when I started the process. Jonathan was very patient and gave good advice based on his own experience. I got the impression that he knows the products that he is selling and he will always try to offer a good deal.

EAV is now my preferred supplier for PA gear.

Great technical knowledge and great range of products

I recently bought a new Yamaha MG124c mixer online from EAV and am pleased I did !

Apart from the fact that it was at a better price than comparable models on a well known auction site it was courier delivered at no extra cost.

I received regular email alerts at every stage of the order process to let me know what was going on which was handy as it meant I could arrange to be in on the expected delivery day.

I'll certainly check out EAV again when buying my next piece of audio gear.

Our singer was keen to try some in ear monitors but we didn't didn't want to stretch to some of the expensive top of the range models as it was all bit of an experiment. After a bit of research I found the LD system. They are a good price, had good reviews, the only negatives that I had come across was the earphones themselves but those are easy to upgrade if needed. After talking to EAV who explained the different frequency options and which can be used license free we went ahead.
So far we have done a couple of gigs with them, one a marquee and the other in a huge aircraft hanger, our singer is over the moon with them. The gig in the hanger would have been a nightmare for her to hear without them.

The service is good, both on the phone and through on-line chat and they supply what I need. After sales service is also impressive.

Website informative and easy to negotiate. Great prices. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful pre-sale advice on the telephone. Speedy delivery to Northern Ireland after ordering. The product was all I had hoped it would be.

Jonathon kept me fully informed regarding my order at every stage. It was really refreshing to be thanked for my order and to be contacted if a product was waiting to come into stock or varied slightly from that advertised. I was provided with a tracking number and everything arrived promptly and well packaged. I would highly recommend to others and would have no qualms about using them for further orders.

Can't fault EAV. They were so accomodating and the price was VERY competitive. I had some specific issues, i.e. deliver to a particular address and i wanted my product delivered on a specific date, so EAV arranged everything for me and held my product when i was ready for it to be delivered. Even the courtesy call so say that my product would be "dispatched today and arrive by you tomorrow" was very reassuring. Once my product arrived, the service doesn't stop, the customer team at EAV reasuured me that if there are any issues, problems, questions then i can be in touch.
Even the support you get is fantatstic, someone always answers the phone!...is is always more than happy to to help!

I'm very happy with my purchase from EAV, the delivery was a very reasonable price for one considering it was with parcelforce and 48 hours. In addition the customer support was great! On the EAV website there is a chat bar which kind of works a bit like facebook chat. I was able to contact a member with a question and they instatly responded in a friendly and informative manner.
I purchased a My Audio NOX1000 for EAV Pro Audio & Video and I got it at an un-beatable price! That's something else positive with this company, there are lots of special offers and the products are sold at a very reasonable price.

Recently had a lot of good advice (free!) from Jonathan at EAV, who guided me to the perfect wireless headset (aerobics type) and body-pack to match my rack mounted Sennheiser radio mic. system (that I bought from him with his very helpful advice last year) and he then took great trouble to make sure that it was in my hands two working days later - which I needed. Superb service, superb product.

Great the machine has arrived but I have not had time to use it yet., next gig is July 2013. so i will let you know the rest of the band are curious!!!

From start to finish of dealing with EAV Pro Audio they were fantastic, cheapest price by far, friendly and efficient service, delivery from Germany within a few days, couldn't possibly ask for anymore. I will definately be using them again and will be recommending them to other artistes.

I have recently bought a pair of active speakers and a mixing desk from EAV and I must say they do exactly what I require of them as a solo act, the advice and the video demo I was given by Jonathan and the team at EAV was spot on and the delivery of the gear was speedy.I will certainly be using EAV again for any other gear I require.

Bought a now discontinued Helix board mixer/interface. Eva were very helpful with the recognized problems of getting this to work with Mac osx via USB. Freely offered to send it out to me to try it and return it if it failed to function. Sent me links to all the relevant drivers. Happily it worked faultlessly via FireWire (USB not supported on 10.7 anymore it seems) so I now have a great mixer/interface at a fraction of the price of anything else on the market.

I was looking for a new PA system for our church, when I came across eav professional audio & video on the web, Jonathan who took my call made me feel that I was dealing with a company that knew what they were talking about. Having had two other quotes I told Jonathan what needed and could he supply a quote, which he did and closed the deal. My equiptment was dispatched quickly and when I realised that their suppliers had left out some cables, I contacted Jonathan and he sent out a set so we could use our brand new system on time. From my expereince EAV provide a good all round service you can trust.

My purchase with EAV was the culmination of several discussions over a couple of months. I was looking for a pair of powered monitors as part of a major PA system upgrade. I did my own research and initially came to EAV to quote a price for the monitors that I thought I needed. After quoting the price Jonathan queried what we were trying to achieve with the upgrade and what other components would be used in the completed system. After those discussions he recommended an alternative pair of speakers (The Yamaha DXR 15), that he thought would be a better match for our setup. I went away, did my own research - the reviews and write ups were good so I decided to place the order.

The speakers were installed last weekend.... and they sound brilliant. Loud, clean and punchy. I'd recommend EAV for their excellent presales advice and competitive pricing
