I found EAV as a supplier for HZ and completed my order on line. There was a delay in the delivery from HZ and Jonathon phoned me to let me know. He again contacted me a day or two later to inform me of the next day delivery. The delivery was timed for within an hour time slot and duly arrived within it.
Recommendable supplier.

I purchased a Yamaha Stagepas 600i from EAV last week; their price is the best anywhere online, they were able to obtain stock quickly, and were willing to fit in with my requirements completely. I was kept informed by email during the ordering/purchasing process, and was able to collect in person at a time to suit myself. They are a professional, friendly company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

I ordered my PA from this company because they offered the cheapest price I could find on the net. EAV proved to have very good communication and a pleasant, friendly manner about them. I would use again with no hesitation.

I have used E-AV a few times and spent quite a lot of money with them. In the past I have rung them and got some useful and friendly advice. In this case I knew what I wanted and ordered it online. I thought the price was reasonable, and the package turned up when they said it would.

I needed some replacement microphones before a gig the following weekend, so after searching around I found e-av to have the best prices.

I checked their terms and conditions and saw it said they would ship within 3 business days and went ahead and ordered.

On the Tuesday I thought I should let them know I needed them by the weekend. I had a response from them less than an hour later assuring me they would be with me in time.

I had another email from the person at e-av after they shipped and they arrived early on the Thursday morning.

Absolutely superb customer service and communication and the products were well packaged.

After a hearing loop unit died on me and i needed another within half a week, the guys at E-av had sold out, but sourced me one from direct from the supplier. a perfect unit that arrived in time. Really impressed with the service, it was of a level i have not received in a very long time.

When looking to purchase a stage monitor EAV gave me good practical unbiased advice on the products available and which would suit my requirements. Their service is professional and pricing competitive.. I am very pleased with the monitor purchased. I would certainly purchase further equipment form them and recommend them to others.

The alternative pice of equipment which you recommended was less costly and works very well. It was also very easy to set up.

The package was delivered less than 24 hours after being ordered on the phone.

Only used once but as its local it will be my first port of call for things i need they may have.

Currently too many retailers have incompetent, ignorant staff. Thats not the case here!

I was very impressed with the service that we recently received from EAV Pro Audio and Video. Jonathan gave very clear advice and was keen to offer us good value for money. The microphones arrived very quickly and there were follow up emails and calls. The proucts themselves are very good and give excellent sound production.

Very professional service, rang me when there was a very small problem and explained rather than leaving me out the loop. (That went a long way with me) will definitely be using them again.

Ordered an in ear monitoring system. They had the product at the cheapest price. Didn't have to join up to buy which made it very easy. I emailed to inquire about delivery time and received a personable reply inside five minutes with more info than I even asked for. Great service all round.

I'm an average at best singer and was looking for a microphone to use for BVs in my band. e-av were selling the mic I wanted for the lowest price and with a free XLR cable.

The website didn't show stock levels, so I called them. The phone was answered in 3 rings, they took my details and called back within 10 minutes with a delivery date and I placed my order.

The mic arrived a day earlier than expected and when I called to check on the ETA, they emailed me the tracking link from the couriers website. Well impressed with the service and the prices.

EAV were not only the best value, but the best customer service, Jonathan has spoken to me on the phone on many occasions explaining the different frequencies and what would be best for our school. He also gave advice on the licence needed to run the microphones. the after sales have also been outstanding, tracking parcels and keeping me up to date on everything I needed.

I will be using EAV again and recommending them to other schools!
