Was thoroughly impressed how quickly my order arrived, less than two days, came well packaged , and does exactly what I wanted thank you.

I purchased a DBX Driverack PX from EAV and it couldn't have been easier. I knew what to buy, just simply where to buy from was the dilemma. After extensive browsing, EAV were coming up with the cheapest price. The process to purchase consisted of the usual forms wanting payment details and delivery details and within 2 days I had a brand new, undamaged box of goodies. The service I received was faultless, an email to confirm product, price and delivery was precise and clear. If anyone is in two minds whether to purchase from EAV vs another provider for an in stock product at the same price, I would recommend EAV.

Rang EAV cos they were cheapest on google. Jonathan plays in his own band so he knows about PA needs. Couple of conversations later and my gear was ordered and on its way. Free delivery dosent apply to N.Ireland but thats not their fault

I needed to purchase an amp to power speakers for my theatre company. I was unsure exactly what size amp I needed so I got in touch with EAV and, as always, I was advised as to the most suitable amp in my budget. I always buy from EAV as I have always had a first class service, and they always listen to my requirements (and have patients as I don't always know what I want myself).

I have purchased several items of equipment from EAV on behalf of our church. I did a lot of initial research on line, and when I contacted EAV by telephone I found Jonathan most helpful. He went to great lengths to answer my searching questions and nothing seemed too much trouble. When I eventually made our purchase I found the prices competitive.

Went through the usual world of quotes and was delighted to stumble across e-av. They were very helpful from the outset and ensured the products were fit for purpose rather than selling something more expensive.

Don't hesitate working with this company. I'll certainly be back.

I work as an entertainer in Spain but had to come over to the U,K, to do some gigs over the festive season,
I ordered a wireless in ear headset just before I left Spain and arranged for it to be delivered to my sisters house in the U.K.

I've no hesitations in recommending EAV: I purchased an Allen & Heath mixer from them almost two years ago. Despite a hardware problem outside their control (and due to A & H themselves) EAV were exemplary with their support and communication. They are still my first port of call for major home studio purchases and will remain so.
Personally, I like the fact that the staff there (Jonathan in particular) really do know what they are talking about...
I am quick to criticise but more than happy to praise where it's due. EAV are definitely worthy of praise for their product knowledge, communication and support.

The knowledge and knowhow is excellent. They even seem to do the impossible sometimes. My last porblem was sorted out within a day.
This sort of service is second to none. I would not hesitate to use them anytime.

Things will go wrong in life, but it is how companies deal with the problem that is the issue. Well, having had a couple of problems with this order - all of which were beyond EAV's control, nevetheless they kept me informed and did all that they possibly could to sort the problems out. So thank you Jonathan, and I am very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic company to deal with, couldn't have been more helpful on the phone, and said they would call us right back with delivery quote( which they did), quick delivery, and very satisfied with the speakers. Will not think twice to go here first for any future purchases., and would highly recommended them to anyone else.

The product was delivered in good time but not well packed and without an invoice. I complained by email and was immediately telephoned by EAV offering an apology and an explanation that the item had been packed by the supplier. This was followed with another apology by email with an invoice attached. What more could one ask? Bryan Cox, Havant, Hampshire.

Recently replaced our ageing radio microphones with a new system from e-av. As a non-specialist in the field of radio frequencies I was somewhat confused by the options, licensing laws, equipment frequencies etc. Jonathan from e-av couldn't have been more helpful explaining the options and helping me to determine what frequencies and licence to obtain, as well as what equipment best suited our use-case and price range. Very happy to recommend and will certainly use again.

Having found this company offering the product I was looking for on Google shopping search at considerably less than the competitors and with zero ratings I was initially quite suspicious that this was another one of those "dropship" companies who take your money and then try to source your equipment!!
To that end I attempted to get Studiospares to "Price Match" as they promise. They Wouldnt!!
SO... I began to look into EAV and found a website, a phone number, an address, a link to their other business and NO chatter about them on the forums!
Whats more they were efficiant and polite on the phone.
Gave them a go and recieved my product 2 days later!
Very satisfied and will be back for more!

I've received my order in perfect working order and on time.You Rock!..I had so much troubles with other audio companies before that i will not named (DV),like my order being pick up by my neighbor..agrrr or order broken agrrr..so I'm really thankful that companies like EAV exist.I will order again from you anytime guys not only because i can trust you but I also made a great deal and paid my gear £200 less than in other shops.Awesome...
